Rooms is very clean and I really appreciate when hotels put this tag over the toilet that it’s clean. Makes you feel secure that they actually cleaned it!

Our room was dirty and our beddings had stains and for sure the rooms was small. The aircondition was broken so the sound was so noicy and even when we turned it of it didn´t stop sounding! I accually tried to find another hotel the first night but there are not so many options out there!
I think this hotel is so over priced...

“If you want an uncleaned room at arrival, no propper cleaning in 4 days and funguses in breakfast food, meals thrown together with no style, grumpy lazy staff, and unauthorized withdrawal attempts on you payment card then this is 100% the place for you. How to get a 3-4 yo hotel in such bad condition is quite an achievement. ”
“The resort is amazing! Pool area is great! Food court was great people very helpful. The Tiki restaurant will never go again. Staff at restaurant not friendly, steak not cooked properly, was charged 2x. Called them and they said it’s a mess up but won’t be charged.

The best part of the whole stay was the exellent staff that was so nice and kind ( they cant help the bad standard ) and the great breakfast that was included.
We will not come back to this place and i would say if you are used to four star hotels in europe you wont like this place! "
"I knew this was a party resort but the non-stop music all over the resort was unbearable. The only place it was quiet was in the room. I would have expected it to be more low-key in the morning by the pool for instance. A bit surprised there are so many families with young kids due to the heavy drinking. One girl wasn’t able to walk in the middle of the afternoon and another was lead to his room by staff.
Otherwise the staff, the resort premises as such were very nice. "

"Hilton i Naples har många fördelar ligger centralt i Naples ca 5 km från stranden, lätt att komma till stranden 10 minuter med bil, 20 minuter med cykel och de har även en shuttle som går på bestämda tider. Nära till Waterside shopping center där finns Apple center, Barnes and Noble etc. Ingen mataffär nära 5 km till Publix. Bra gym och ok pool. Mindre bra är att rummen är små och skulle behöva renoveras. Heltäckande mattor är inte fräscht. Fick be om att byta rum då otrevlig lukt. "
