“Pros: super convenient, air conditioning worked, access to beach, access to pool, 2 bathrooms, plenty of sleeping space for small family, able to do laundry every day we stayed. Cons: refrigerator broken- our food went bad- it took 3 days for stuff to finally cool. We called the maintenance and they were too lazy and unwilling to help or do anything. “I take my children to PCB each year for Spring Break. I enjoy Laketown Wharf and the community. For the most part my stay was great. The property did their best to create a safe environment for guests. I would like to suggest during Spring Break week that adding additional security and checkpoint measures will help with discouraging inappropriate and criminal behavior on the property of Spring Breakers. “We stayed at this condo for our daughter’s national dance competition at the convention center inside Edgewater Resort. The location was perfect and the condo was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with cookware, storage, and great amenities and we really enjoyed our stay! It’s also a short walk to the beach and the resort runs a shuttle between both sides of the resort.
