“The cabin was all that I could have wished for. Clean, inviting, and yes! Very cozy. Less than a mile from the state park & plenty of places nearby to visit. We opted to stay in the downstairs “master suite”, the first floor full size bed was simply too soft for us. Loved the back porch with gas grill & fire pit. Spent lots of quality time there. TV reception iffy in the evenings but not an issue for us.”

“Green acres is such a gem in the cute town of Floyd! Surprised it was not full to the gills. Bruce the owner was kind and very accommodating. The pond was such a wonderful gift to escape from the heat stocked full of paddle boards and kayaks. The spring fed pond was full of nature. The inflatable trampoline provided hours of play for the kiddo’s and adult’s alike! The amenities were perfect. ”

“The cabin was very nice. The only trouble we experienced was when we arrived at about 345. We had absolutely no cell service no phone service. Nothing to get us into the house fortunately, the girl that does the cleaning stop by and was able to get us into the house and she contacted her mother who came down and after that everything was fine we enjoyed our visit.”

“This was the perfect cottage for my girls getaway with my mother and sister. The house was clean and spacious, and the property was beautiful. We loved seeing the cows grazing nearby. It was an easy drive into Floyd and a great base for exploring the area. Next time, we’ll stay longer.”
