“Väldigt fint läge, trevligt rum och skön säng, något trångt. Badrum med dusch snyggt nytt och fräscht. Städningen är helt fantastiskt. Pedantisk rent varje dag! Badrumsdörren fungerar inte och receptionen meddelades. I övrigt perfekt läge och nära till allt, speciellt Bryant Park, Macy’s, Broadway. Bar och restaurang inget speciellt, men boendet är toppen och rekommenderas.”

“We had a very good experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Midtown with close distances to subways and attractions. The breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nights where quite since the hotel is located in a quite street and we where fortunate to get a room high up. The negative part of the hotel is that it's noisy between the rooms and to the hallway. So if you have bad luck and get a noisy neighbor it might not be as comfortable. We were fortunate to get a good night...

The only slight "issue" we had was that the WIFI wasn't great while in the room, which is something we hadn't noticed at all the previous times. ”
“They did not know that we were gold members and we had to inform the staff of the fact that we had benefits available to us. Additionally, we went to retrieve our vehicle and were 20 minutes over the 24 hour mark. They charged us for a full extra day (24 hour rate of $50) instead of for the extra time. This was really disappointing. ”
