“The carpet in the room was filthy. The room smelled like cigarettes when we arrived, and a guest's child was running up and down the hallways until 1am on our first night. The housekeeping never made our bed or vacuumed the room on any of the days we were out.”

“Non-smoking rooms were musky and smoky smelling. Allergies were activated from the moment I got there, had to take medication. This is a dated property, needs renovation. Jacuzzi was cold and pool was HOT! Breakfast was not as advertised. Kitchen area was dirty, cabinet door off the hinge, no waffles or cereal. Aside from that staff were very nice and accommodating. The price was unbelievable and now I know.”
