“As temperatures continue to rise it would be nice to have air conditioning. Not the norm throughout Essen.”

“Personalen var trevlig. Rummet rymligt, bekväm säng och bra AC. Frukosten var ok.”

“The room was very nice, clean and modern. However the staff was not the friendliest. There was no AC in the room with 30 degrees outside, it took down the whole experience. Breakfast was ok. The parking was nice and close but limited space.”

“The hotel was the only nice thing about Essen. The area was extremely unsafe and didn’t feel comfortable walking around. Had homeless people approach us- and a Sunday night fight on the street that lead to about 10 police cars! Didn’t feel like Germany at all Felt more like an area for middle eastern immigrants. Hotel was really nice though :)”

“This is a nice hotel at reasonable prices, situated in the citycentre. Certainly not a luxury hotel but good value for money. Very nice and attentative in the reception. I got a fairly big room with a balcony . also nice. I didn´t use the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Internet was stable and fairly fast. I can recommend this hotel to those not expecting a luxury stay. ”

“Vi tyckte om hotellet även om det var lite svårt att hitta dit. En utskriven karta kan hjälpa. :)”

“Dålig sängbelysning”

“Fräscht hotell, trevlig personal”

“Check-in is a big problem. They should make it easier to check in, otherwise the accommodation itself was ok but check-in is unnecessarily complicated”
