Beautiful views
House and location are fantastic. Beautiful views and large beach with access right out the back door. I had my entire family (kids and grandkids 10 total) with me. We had plenty of space. Very accommodating The only negative is the house is in great need of repairs and maintenance. Most of lights did not work, especially in the lower parking area and rear deck. The hanging fixture in the kitchen is broken and missing the lower globe. The stove vent fan and lights did not work and there is a smoke detector in the kitchen right above so the detector went off anytime we cooked anything. Cracks in ceilings. The stand alone ice maker in the kitchen does not work. There is a large hole in the soffit on the rear. The fireplaces do not work or we could not figure out how to turn them on. The toilet seats in two bathrooms would not stay up. The sliding screens on the bedroom doors upstairs constantly came off the track and would not open. The railing on the upper deck needs work. I would not let my grandkids out there as I felt it was not safe. We were not allowed to use the elevator. There is a flagpole in the front but you cannot see it because the front is so overgrown. Sounds like a lot, however, just some basic maintenance would make this place perfect. I would probably stay there again as the location and views make up for the above issues. I guess I just expected more for the price we paid.
