All four bedrooms are located on the first floor offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone in your group. The sleeper sofa in the game room is perfect for the kids! Each bed comes with high quality, freshly laundered linens and coverlets. Both bathrooms are located on the first floor and have a tub/shower combo. Bath towel sets are provided per person for the maximum occupancy of the home.
Best of all, enjoy the convenience of private beach access just steps from your door. Build sandcastles, go for a refreshing swim, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. Your family will enjoy the ease of having the beach at their doorstep. An outdoor shower is located on the boardwalk. Two shared charcoal grills are provided for outdoor cooking.
Downtown Folly Beach is just 1.3 miles away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots!
