SpektakulÀra folly Beach Views! Njut inte bara av myrsolnedgÄngar utan ocksÄ frÄn havssoluppgÄngar frÄn detta vackra hem. "Once Upon A Tide" sitter pÄ myra men du kan ocksÄ se och lukta havet. LÄngtidsboende visade pÄ det bÀsta!


Ta med din kamera och kikare och njut av de spektakulÀra scenerna som Folly Beach har att erbjuda. Bakre veranda erbjuder solnedgÄngen tidigt pÄ kvÀllen. Urgrisar och andra vadande fÄglar kan ses flyga förbi. PÄ avstÄnd kan du se Morris Island-fyren och Charlestons Ravenel Bridge.


Koppla av pÄ verandan och ta en annan vy. Sitta i en gungstol, kÀnna havbrisen, se pelikaner flyga förbi och se solen stiga över havet.


Hemmet ligger pÄ den nordöstra Ànden av Folly Beach, förbi det vÀrldsberömda surfomrÄdet som kallas Washout. Det Àr ett kvarter frÄn stranden (andra raden) och allmÀnhetens tillgÄng till stranden Àr en tre minuters promenad nordost. Hemmet ligger 5 km frÄn centrumens centrum, dÀr du kan Àta pÄ lokala restauranger eller gÄ pÄ piren pÄ natten. Du mÄste köra bil eller hyra en golfvagn eller cyklar under din vistelse.


Det finns fyra sovrum i detta hus, med en king size-sÀng och tre queen size-sÀngar.


Hemets huvudsakliga bostadsyta Àr pÄ översta vÄningen, med ett bekvÀmt vardagsrum, vÀlutrustat kök och en matplats. PÄ denna översta vÄning finns ett sovrum, med en dubbelsÀng och ett bifogat badrum och dusch. Det kaklade köket Àr utrustat med bÀnkskivor i granit och elektriska apparater. Hardwoods kör i hela hemmet.


NedervÄningen finns ett tvÀttstuga (med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare) och tre sovrum. Det stora sovrummet har en ny king-sÀng (madrass Àr Serta medium memory foam) och ett bifogat badrum och dusch. TvÄ andra sovrum pÄ nedervÄningen har dubbelsÀngar. De delar badrum och dusch. Vi har ocksÄ tillgÀngliga enkla och fullstora luftmadrasser med pump. Den nedre vÄningen tillgÄng verandor.


Utrustad med direkt-TV och WiFi, luftkonditionering och vÀrme.


Det finns ingen hiss i detta hem, och du mÄste gÄ upp tvÄ trappor för att komma till huvudentrén. Huvuddörren har en knappsats pÄ dörren. Du och dina gÀster kommer att fÄ en Ätkomstkod för att komma in i hemmet.

Great stay on Folly Beach marsh

We had a great time. The house was very nice. The main living space is on the top floor giving a great view of both the marsh and ocean. It does mean lots of stairs to climb, however.

Great location amazing views

Once upon a Tide exceeded our expectations. Located toward the end on the North side of Folly Beach. Views from the home are amazing. 360*. You can even see the Rav bridge. Common area Is large enough for 6-8 people and located on top floor with the amazing views. Bedrooms were Comfortable and adequate in size. Loved our stay due to location and privacy. Even saw some Dolphin in the causeway.

Ninth Christmas on the beaches of SC

The property was just as advertised. Our family, from Ohio, North Carolina and South Carolina, enjoyed our time together. Even though it was one of the coldest Christmases we’ve experienced, we had a good time. Property manager responded promptly when we had trouble with the keypad on the second day. We had from two to eight people during our stay.

Nice house, needs some cleaning

House is well apportioned. Great kitchen supplies. Good beds. Wonderful vie of marsh and small view of ocean. Odd thing is there’s no bathtub in the house, only showers. My toddler grandson did not appreciate that. There is some mold on the ceilings at the A/C vents. Saw dog hair on the wood floor. Close to the beach, quiet enough. Road in front of the house is busy, not safe for young kids to ride bikes.

Family Fun

Great week with family. We loved the backyard and the beautiful sunsets off the back porch. The proximity to the beach was excellent. It was nice to be on the quiet end of Folly.

Perfect Paradise

The home was beautiful! Very close to the beach, unmatched views, spacious for a large group! We hosted friends from Italy and we all had a beautiful vacation. There are a lot of steps which was no problem for us but could be for others. Highly recommend!

Romantic Getaway

We originally booked this property for a group, (3) couples, but only 1 couple was able to make it. Property is very nice and clean, and would work well for group. We wanted to use the grill, but propane was out. We made a phone call and the manager had it replaced and cleaned up within a couple hours. Great stay!

Folly fantastic

Great property in a quiet location. Loved the fenced yard and being able to bring our dog. If you or your dog has issues with stairs, this isn’t the property for you. Easy to check in/out. We had no issues while staying here for Thanksgiving.

Absolutely perfect in every way

I had a group of 6 celebrating some 50th birthdays. We could NOT have been more pleased with our stay. The house was immaculate, well appointed, in a convenient location (especially regarding beach access.) We especially liked the widow’s watch and the views it allowed. Next time I’m at Folly with a larger group, we shall look no further for a perfect place to stay.

Needs some maintenance

This property is in a nice location with beautiful views; however, it was not very clean with mold in the upper bathroom, and the fan over the stove was covered with it. The kitchen floors were also noted to be dirty when we used a wet paper towel to wipe up a water spill, and the paper towel came up brown. The stove/oven was unusable the first 2.5 days we were there because the rental company didn’t send anyone for repairs until Monday, a regular business day. I’m assuming to avoid weekend rates. The issue was actually an electrical issue, and the kitchen outlets had to be replaced. Fortunately, the refrigerator was on a different circuit, and we didn’t lose our food. Regular maintenance and cleaning would go along way in making this a better rental property, which has a good layout and is pet friendly with a nice fence in the backyard.

Enjoyable stay - annual family vacation

We had an enjoyable stay at the property. Comfortable beds, house stocked well with supplies including towels. A bit tough to get all of our supplies & stuff up to 3rd floor. Regarding check in- We were told that if property was ready prior to 4pm we would be notified via text. Didn't receive anything. We arrived about 20-30 minutes prior to 4pm check in and with heat in the mid 90s and lugging all our stuff up 2 flights of stairs, we hoped the code to door was activated but it wasn't. Initially we could not get a hold of anyone via phone but was finally able to receive text to get door open. All in all, would recommend this property. We enjoyed our week!

WONDERFUL Beach Escape!

We loved this property! Great , quiet location on Folly. Easy access to beach, and beautiful marsh views from the back deck! We witnessed breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day. Nice kitchen, well furnished rooms, and comfortable beds. Also very dog friendly....we brought our puppy, and she enjoyed the fenced back yard! We hope to return.

Going to a beach wedding

We love this property! The beds were comfortable it was well laid out. The pictures of the view you have don't do it justice-the view of the of the ocean was spectacular. The walk to the beach took us only a couple of minutes. We walked the beach which was ver clean every morning We went 1 week after hurricane and the owner had excellent communication with us about the affects it had on the property. Thank you Laura-My kids want to come again

Wonderful retreat!

Enjoyed our stay her over the July 4th holiday. The views from the house and comfortable porches were the highlight. Partial view of the ocean from the front porch but could hear the waves and even saw dolphins in the morning. Stunning view of the low country and sunsets from the back porch. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Grill and outdoor shower. Just a short stroll to the beach access. We rented a golf cart but did not find it that useful. It is 3.5 miles into town and that was a little far to drive a slow golf cart for us. Thank you!
