Välkommen till The Loggerhead på vackra Folly Beach! Detta 7 sovrum Oceanfront fritidshus är till skillnad från någon annan fastighet på Folly Beach och ger en lyxig upplevelse som ger gästerna gång på gång. Det rymliga hemmet kan bekvämt sova upp till 16 gäster och har en omvänd planlösning som erbjuder fantastisk havsutsikt från vardagsrummet och köket på översta våningen. Hemmet är husdjursvänligt och har hisservice till alla våningar så att alla familjemedlemmar kan njuta av veckan på stranden!

När du kommer in i huset kommer du omedelbart att uppmärksamma detaljerna som ägarna har betalt från konstverket till möbler som alla ger en lyxig kustkänsla. På första våningen finns separat vardags- / nöjesområde med platt-TV och våt barområde. Golvet har 5 av de 7 sovrummen i hemmet och 4 av de fulla baden. Det första sovrummet har king size-säng och privat badrum medan 3 av de återstående sovrummen har queen-sängar. Det sista sovrummet på 1: a våningen är perfekt för barnen med dubbelsäng och två tvillingar som alla är inbyggda i en anpassad sängram som ekar stranden. Alla rum har platt-TV för många underhållningsalternativ.

Hemmet på andra våningen har det stora vardagsrummet med rymligt kök perfekt för underhållning. Vardagsrummet har överdimensionerad soffa med gott om sittplatser och 70 tums platt-HD-TV för filmkväll eller den sällsynta regniga dagen på Folly Beach. Vardagsrummet har 8 skjutdörrar mot havet som erbjuder tillgång till däck samt fantastisk utsikt över Atlanten. Köket är fullt lager och säkert att tillfredsställa även den mest kräsna familjekocken. Granitbänkar, rostfria apparater och gasutbud på köksön är bara några av de bekvämligheter som köket har att erbjuda. På andra våningen finns också sovrummet med king size-säng och privat masterbad som inkluderar jacuzzi och duschkabin. Det sista sovrummet har dubbelsäng med privat badrum.

Loggerhead har verkligen allt när det gäller strandhem vid Charleston kusten. Det finns alltid gott om sand för att bygga sandslott och ta långa promenader på jakt efter snäckor. Exteriören inkluderar privat tillgång till stranden samt stor utomhusdusch perfekt för tvättning efter en lång dag på stranden. Parkeringsplats under huset och uppfarten ger parkering för upp till 6 bilar.

Hemmet är husdjursvänligt; dock är det strikt rökfritt. Det kommer att finnas en återbetalningsavgift på $ 125 per husdjur, plus skatt, om du vill ta med en lurvig följeslagare. We spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful house and loved it. Kitchen has everything you could possibly want to cook thanksgiving dinner. Right on the beach, plenty of space to be together or to spread out. We rented a golf cart and loved going into town to have dinner or to Bert’s store. Would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! The home is beautiful. Very special coastal (Serena & Lilly style) decor. 4 bedrooms have an ocean view. Well equipped - more than any house I’ve ever stayed. Nice shower products and hand soaps. Gorgeous beach views. Great location! We couldn’t have asked for more!

Beautiful house, right on the beach. We had a large group coming with young kids, and it was perfect to have rooms on 2 levels. House had all the amenities necessary. Plenty of parking available on the property which was great.

The view is amazing and the house is gloriously spacious and beautifully decorated. You can lie in bed and see and hear the ocean …. We have rented many VRBO homes and we all agreed this was something special. It was a family vacation and everyone had their own room and bathroom!

This house was clean, well laid out, and situated ideally regarding beach access for people with mobility limitations. There were a couple of maintenance issues that needed attention, but the managing company responded to this information in a timely way. Definitely recommended!

Hands down, this is the best vacation rental we have ever booked. We traveled to Folly Beach the week of May 18th and could not have been more pleased with this home. It’s incredibly comfortable, beautifully designed and decorated and the view from both decks cannot be beat. Every room was very comfortable and well appointed and our family of 7 loved all the extra space. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful, checking on us throughout our stay. We will definitely be back, I would recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a luxury retreat. ☀️

couch covers was dirty elevator old and difficult to work. also if the elevator is left down at the garage level anybody from the streets can enter in to this property....we left the elevator door open on the 2nd level upon exiting the property. vents was molded and very unattractive too look at. coffee pots didn't work...definitely need a fan over the stove. after reading checking in instructions we were told to bring our own beach towels and there were no extra bedding-covers. I did pass the information unto my family and we bought extra suitcases just for blankets. unpon arrival there were extra bedding up in the closets and plenty of beach towels soon as you entered the front door. Also after entering the code about 4 tries on the security pad-lock the door wouldn't budge. I called the office to make sure we did everything correctly in which we did but I was told we had to push super hard on the door just to open it.

My family gathered at Loggerhead for a week of ocean fun. There were 12 of us, and we found this spacious 7 bedroom home accommodating and comfortable. The beach is expansive and it was not crowded. The house is located at the far end of Arctic Ave. away from the main part of Folly Beach. There was plenty of parking on the property. They supplied many great beach towels and the bath towels were nice and plentiful. The house is showing signs of age, in spite of some updates that have been done. The ice maker in the freezer did not work. The water on the refrigerator door ran so extremely slow we could not use it. There was a counter top ice maker, but we found it so dirty we could not use it. The management company responded quickly and supplied us with bags of ice each day. The toaster only worked on one side. The water in the kitchen sink did not get very hot although the shower temps were great. There were plenty of dishes silverware glassware cooking pans and utensils. The coffee makers and blenders are in need of replacement. The king room on the first floor had air conditioning issues and was hot. Shower drain in Jack and Jill bath did not drain well. I mention these things because the owner needs to know so they can make the needed improvements to this lovely home. We enjoyed our stay at Loggerhead and Folly Beach.

We had three generations, 12 people from age two to 64. This home was perfect for our family, and could have easily held a larger group. The two living areas, ample beds & baths, and large kitchen all provided plenty of room to gather together—or have time apart (when some needed to nap). Comfy beds, nice linens, plenty of towels, excellent kitchen… ‘Highly recommend!

The Loggerhead was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 7. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms, and the separate living space was great. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the furnishings and decor were high quality. The linens and supplies were ample and very nice. The beach was perfect, with lots of play space even at high tide. A few improvements would be an ice maker in the downstairs bar area and better cleaning under furniture, along baseboards, shower grout and kitchen sink.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful vacation home. From the layout of the home, the views of the ocean to the decor, it was perfect. We brought our entire family to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The weather wasn’t great but we all agreed that it didn’t matter because the house was so great! Plenty of room for all of us including a 10 month old! The rental agency responded quickly to a couple of glitches and could not have been better to work with. This house is a perfect 10!

Person 1: I thought the house was spectacular. Some more clear instructions about the elevator on entry would be useful, but beyond that an excellent stay. Person 2: If I were to add anything, maybe just a sheet that clarifies (in trash bags or not etc) about trash and recycling-and what the management company will already do vs what guests should do. Person 3: House was fantastic! Everything worked well and was better than the pics! Suggest updating the wifi info in the folder. We couldn't get on for a day! Person 4: Add a few toilet brushes?! Overall, the group loved the layout/floor plan of the house: it provided great common areas, private areas and bathrooms, great balconies. The kitchen was well stocked to have dinners for large groups. Loved the two ovens and dishwashers! The house was perhaps not spotless--refrigerator door had smears, sinks were not fully cleaned, etc. We felt compelled to wipe everything down with Lysol before we used anything (should not have to do that at these prices). Just a note to share with owners: there were quite a few people who tried to park in the driveway and get to the beach. (There is a beach access path next to the house). Also, they came into the first floor and felt free to use the shower, even when our cars were there. Thought owners should know this.
