    Sett på östra sidan av ön vid Folly berömda "Washout", 1407 East Ashley har en spektakulär utsikt och havsbris. Det här hemmet är inte bara det perfekta surferparadiset, men är också l��mpat för de mindre våglänkande. När du kommer in i Charleston fritidshus hyra dina ögon omedelbart till vägg-till-vägg fönster och skjutdörrar. Surfer's Paradise har den klassiska Folly Beach-vibe och kommer att vända varje gäst till en avslappnad lokal strandbom vid avgångstid. En matbord som passar f��r en stor familj ser ut ��ver palmettromen för att upprätthålla en äkta strandatmosfär. På första våningen, sitta fem av de sex sovrummen i hemmet, varav två har havsutsikt och tillgång till den expansiva balkongen. De ljusa, strandiga färgerna presenterar vardera en personlig platt-TV och mysiga täcken. Balkongen spänner från den ena änden av hemmet till den andra värd ett bord och stolar samt en vadderad soffa och lounger. Till vänster sida av verandaen leder en spiraltrappa till den privata master-sviten. Den rymliga våningen svit innehåller ett litet vardagsrum samt en king size-säng mot havet. Den stora plattskärms-TV och pentry bara lägga till privatlivet och rymligheten i detta sovrum. Om du känner dig benägen att slå på stranden eller vågorna, leder en trappa från carport till havet. Till höger leder ett litet gräsbevuxet område dig till en egen ingång till en stor skärmad i rummet med ett bordtennisbord och svängande bänk om du känner behovet av att fly från solen. Ligger i carport är din egen privata utomhusdusch för att tvätta bort sanden och saltet. Och inget behov av ytterdörren, följ bara spiraltrappen till balkongen på första våningen. På våren och sommaren slog vågorna under dagen och lät dem sjunga dig att sova på natten. Surfers Paradise är det perfekta tillflyktshuset för en strandferie när som helst på året.

Moving forward if this property is available when we head to the beach, it is where we will stay. Amazing view, very clean and well kept property. Everything we needed was there. Check was super easy, and the property management staff were responsive, kind, and very helpful. If you are headed to the beach, grab this property if you can.

Terrific location. House layout terrific with all bedrooms access to bathrooms. The house had limited drinking glasses, but the rental company brought more promptly as well as sent maintenance to oil sliding doors to make them open easier. It would have been helpful if host had listed what was available for beach supplies so that we wouldn’t have had to rent duplicates.

Awesome location

Pretty home step onto beach out back deck. Plenty of sleeping space and great room to spend together. Sit on back deck and watch sun rise listening to the waves hitting the beach

October wedding stay

Absolutely wonderful time! We couldn’t ask fi”for a better location. We came for our daughters wedding on Folly Island and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect, it could use a little updating but we had a wonderful time and the ocean front location was great!

Great Beachfront Home

We loved our stay at Folly Beach. The home was great. It is a little worn, as to be expected from rentals, but is exceptionally well kept, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens (bring your own beach towels). The porches are incredible with private access to the beach. Very close to downtown Folly Bech. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Highly recommend!!!

Overall a great house. Love the location. Issues to address:Master bathroom sinks do not drain properly. Dish rack in dishwasher is very difficult to slide in and out. Sliding glass doors on main level do not lock.

Delight of Christmas Morning Dolphins!

I usually rent houses at Folly for Christmas week. My family had such a wonderful time! It was very cold, despite the weather we woke up every morning and enjoyed a Beautiful view. House was exactly what we wanted. Christmas morning we got Amazing dolphin show directly out the front windows just for us! In the afternoon I found 5 perfect sea dollars and a starfish! Beach walk was perfect! Great kitchen for cooking! Nice Christmas at Folly Beach to end our year with!

Absolutely Amazing Beach House

We are a Gymnastics club that’s some coaches and families that stayed at this property. It truly was amazing! The views and beach were stunning. You basically have your own private beach. The house was very clean and the upstairs suite is great as we had a family with 2 littles and it was nice for them to have the space to nap etc. A lot of common area but also the bedrooms are great if you need a break. AGAIN…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I rented the house for my family vacation and we brought our dog.The location is unbeatable, steps from the beach. It is also on a quieter area of Folly Beach. There was plenty of space for everyone with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.The host was very responsive and the check in process was easy. There were a few negatives. The house was not as clean as it should be, particularly for the price. I always bring a swiffer and sweep the floors as soon as I get there and the swiffer pad was black! It took 4-5 times to get the floors clean. I think housekeeping just does a quick sweep and never mops the floors. We took the sheets off one of the bed and the mattress pad was stained, which was disgusting. The house could also use some upgrades/repairs. One of the showers was moldy and there was rust on the sliding glass door frames. Several of the sliding glass doors did not have a lock and anyone could get into the house. Also, one of the larger bedrooms didn't have a closet, wardrobe or dresser, just a metal rolling rack to hang a few clothes. Again, not acceptable for the price of the property. Overall, we had a great time, but the house could use a good clean and some maintenance and I would stay again.

This property has spectacular views! It was very clean and offers more beds than on the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gear you would need to cook. The beach is absolutely beautiful. It’s clean and easy to access from the house. The downside to this property was the lack of maintenance. Several of the kitchen appliances needed maintenance, ceiling fans didn’t work, bathroom sinks and showers did not drain well. There was some sort of water damage in the stairwell that lead to the master suite and the stairs were warped along with a strong musty odor. For the price of this rental I would have expected better property care. We had a great stay regardless but I would not book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house overall. The home itself was clean, well-decorated, and in great condition—exactly what we were hoping for in terms of comfort and aesthetics.That said, we were disappointed by the construction happening directly around the property. We were only informed of it a few days prior to our arrival, and the photos did not fully reflect the extent of the work. There was a large, unfenced ditch and active construction blocking the main path to the beach, which would have been especially concerning if we had young children with us. While management was responsive and courteous, the construction significantly impacted our ability to use both the beach and the patio—two of the main reasons we booked this home.Despite this, we still made the most of our time and appreciated the quality of the house itself. With full transparency about the construction and better safety precautions, this would have been a near perfect stay.

Greet beach vacation!

We spent an entire week at the property. The view was spectacular! The kids and adults loved the freedom of walking outside and being on the beach throughout the day. We were right on Folly Beach, but about 2 miles from the busy and crowded pier. We liked this because it gave us some privacy and quiet beach time. The rooms were clean and simple. We had enough space for everyone. Make sure you bring your own toiletries. The kitchen faucet leaked a little bit, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The sliding glass door in the dining room was a little hard to open and close, so we avoided using it and used the one in the kitchen instead. We were able to eat most of our meals at the house. There’s a large dining room table that everyone can fit at. Overall, I would recommend this place to families that want a quiet vacation with a beautiful view.
