Folly Beach is Charleston's most beloved beach town — a laid-back, bohemian island with world-class waves, fresh seafood, live music, and genuine local character. Folly Fantasea sits half a block from Centre Street, the heart of it all, with walkable access to everything the island offers. Charleston's historic downtown is just 20 minutes away, making this the perfect home base for exploring the whole Lowcountry.



Getting Around:

Half a block to Centre Street. Three blocks to the beach. You'll barely need your car once you arrive.

Two-story home — stairs required to access 2nd floor bedrooms

Outdoor spaces professionally maintained twice weekly (may occur during your stay)

Starter supplies included: toiletries, paper products & cleaning essentials

Minimum age to rent is 25 — the primary guest must be 25 or older and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation

No pets allowed

No parties or unauthorized events — we love our neighbors!
