The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this large, south-facing apartment with mountain views for rent in the town of Fontcouverte-la-Toussuire. The apartment is within walking distance of the ski resort and features a swimming pool, sauna and hammam (additional charge). It has a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a 4-star residence, it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor of the accommodation:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed, etc.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette and fondue set, Magimix food processor, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A covered, shared, heated swimming pool (5x10) open from December 14, 2024 to April 4, 2025 (closed on Saturdays for maintenance). The swimming pool is closed for the rest of the year.
- A shared sauna and hammam in the residence, at an additional cost (€10 per session) open from December 14, 2024 to April 4, 2025.
- Pool table and lounge in the residence
- A 6 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Fontcouverte-la-Toussuire, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private basement parking lot (2 parking spaces available).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: TGV Saint Jean de Maurienne about 17 km away, 4 hours from Paris
- Nearest airport: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport 98 km away.
- Shuttle bus from the station to the bottom of the building
