“The room and bathroom were in rough condition. The room was also filthy. The top blanket also had dried food stuck to it. Check-in was not ideal it was not in person and on a screen with someone I could not understand. I was very disappointed with my stay and the lack of a front desk person. Would not recommend at all.”

“I was in room #141. There is a smell in that room....it smells like "wet carpet" as you enter or standing water in the drains...not sure. Other than that thumbs up all around”

“A good, basic hotel. The property is showing some age, but seems well kept, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast is included. The room was as clean as you'd usually expect at a hotel but the sheets didn't smell fresh, like they'd been in storage or just not laundered recently. I had to spray them with a body spray because I'm sensitive to smells.”

“Magnolia Hotel kan verkligen rekommenderas. Det ligger centralt i Omaha, 1,5 km från Amtrakstationen, men är förvånansvärt tyst och fritt från trafik. Framför allt är det ett mycket vänligt hotell, där verkligen alla är inställda på att göra det så bra som möjligt för gästerna. De har en bil som man kan beställa transporter med inom stan, till exempel till Zoo, som ligger i utkanten. Detta kostar inget extra. De kör även till flygplatsen/stationen. Detta är ett stort plus eftersom taxi fungerar...

I never thought about vacationing in Omaha until I went to the comedy show I stayed here for, but now I'm inclined to come back just to relax in this hotel! 11/10! ”

“Pretty clean hotel in the heart of downtown. You're close to pretty good restaurants within walking distance, old town is right there for you to take a stroll through. Rooms are pretty clean, fairly modern, and the multi-story parking underneath is great if you're traveling through or are visiting the city for work.”

“The front desk staff were fantastic and very helpful. Especially the valet, which was not easy with the construction of the new skyscraper and the transit system. The majority of the room was clean, but there was still some stains on the wall from a previous visitors stay. The shower was somewhat of an issue as well, due to water pressure. I don’t think that was the hotel’s fault though, but the construction situation. The restaurant was fantastic, but the waitress we had took very long times...

“We were only there for a quick overnight stay. The hotel itself was in a good location for the tournament we were attending. The hotel lobby and breakfast areas were clean. Our room, unfortunately was not as clean. There was white dog hairs all over the couch and it smelled musty in the room. However, we arrived late in the evening and had to be up early, we had driven several hours, there was a bus load of people in the lobby, so we decided to not try to switch rooms.
