The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The kitchen has an exit leading to the terrace. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you'll find two additional rooms, each with two beds, and an exit leading to the balcony. The house features gas heating and wooden floors throughout.
