“Hotel was run down, shower was leaking every time I used it. The hallways smelled like smoke. I was on ground floor and I heard these loud weird noises that sounded like machine type noises that were banging and very loud and went off every 5 minutes during the day. The staff were barely sitting in the reception at all you had to ring the bell to get help. Also, the WiFi was the worst. It kept going out every once in a while. “Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!”

“Verrrry poooor breakfast as compared to my past history of this property. Room 130am I had another person tried to enter into my room. The programed key they were given open the door. I had the security latch on so they could not enter. This was clearly a program at the desk in programming the key card. I exited in the am and the card given to me did not work when I returned. Had to have the desk reprogram the card. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.”

“This place was disgraceful! My daughter and I pulled up and the place was scary! It is located in a remote area, the place smelled awful, and when we got inside it looked gross and dog was in the lobby and growled at my daughter! Why was there a dog in the lobby anyways? We didn’t even get in the room we cancelled and found another hotel! Do not stay here!”

“VERY disappointing. I'd give it 2 out of 10 TV in room did not work (wanted to watch soccer world cup) .. was told by staff that someone would come up and check it. I waited nearly an hour...nobody came ... so I called again and was told "oh yeah that TV doesn't work" (Gee, thanks for telling me now). The "barn style" roller door in bathroom didn't close entirely, leaving about a 4 inch gap. So when sitting on the toilet anyone lying on the bed can see your reflection in mirror/ TV when doing...
