I was on ground floor and I heard these loud weird noises that sounded like machine type noises that were banging and very loud and went off every 5 minutes during the day. The staff were barely sitting in the reception at all you had to ring the bell to get help. Also, the WiFi was the worst. It kept going out every once in a while. “The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!”

“Clean & spacious room. Be sure to ask for a street view so you don’t get the red building view. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great but there’s a charge of $11. I was not aware. Also parking in the garage is $38 per night. No one told me that either. ”

“Clean comfortable room. It was bitter cold outside but the heat in the room kept it at a perfect temperature. The shower in the morning had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff were pleasant and helpful at both my arrival and departure. I especially appreciate the parking provided by the hotel.”

“The rooms were spotless. The entire apt had so many cool amenities that felt like we were in a castle. Our bedroom had one of those beds that lifts and vibrates…what an awesome extra!! You have to go see the library…huge, gorgeous, with books and games and puzzles and LOTS of books. All in all, awesome stay. We will stay again!!”

“Room is very stylish and includes the amenities you need. There was a safe, a drink cocktail mixing set, starbucks coffee pods and a sleep sound machine! Area is close to many restaurants and the concert venue we came for. Owner was quick to reply to all messages and helpful with special requests of a feather free room. Bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this location. ”
