“The hotel was clean and quiet. We didn’t swim but the pool/hot tub area looked really nice. The breakfast was great. The staff who checked us in were wonderful. The area was nice and quiet. I really enjoyed our stay. ”

"Vi had s good stay, but the restaurant run by the hotel wasn’t open O think because it was the weekend, but the staff at the front desk seemed to think it was open. Anyway rather confusing. There was another private restaurant on site too, but we had already eaten there so ended up ordering a pizza to get delivered. The breakfast was a bit disappointing on the weekend the buffé was non existent. We were offered an American breakfast that my 10-year-old wouldn’t eat. It was eggs sausage etc. I didn’t mind the food, but they needed a kid option like pancakes if they didn’t have a buffé. "
"Very good location if you have a layover in Chicago. Take the air train to the parking lot Economy F/ rental cars. You can walk to the hotel from there( at least if you are European..) just a few hundred metres. They have a shuttle to/ from the terminals, but we walked to the train in the morning as well. The room was nice, the lady who checked is in was nice but the lady on the late shift just ignored our request for extra towels. Never got them so had to share…"
