âVery good location if you have a layover in Chicago. Take the air train to the parking lot Economy F/ rental cars. You can walk to the hotel from there( at least if you are European..) just a few hundred metres. They have a shuttle to/ from the terminals, but we walked to the train in the morning as well. The room was nice, the lady who checked is in was nice but the lady on the late shift just ignored our request for extra towels. Never got them so had to shareâŠâ
âVi fick först ett rökrum och eftersom hotellet var fullbokat flyttades vi till ett enkelrum med extrasĂ€ng. Dagen efter fick vi et rökfritt skick i helt okej skick. Fungerade utmĂ€rkt för oss, men lite lĂ„ngt frĂ„n Downtown, fast det syns ju i priset.â

"This is a nice place to stay waiting for the plane to depart. However, it is very poorly sound insulated. I could hear people talking in the room next to mine and I also woke up from the snoaring of the guy in the room next to mine! So a strong recommendation: bring ear plugs! Breakfast is a basic American breakfast, i e a lot of sweet stuff (frost flakes, pancakes with syrup etc). The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly."
