Romantic lodging with a garden in Forio on Ischia

OmaKoti is a small country house with a carefree atmosphere and a subtle, almost hidden charm that will enchant you. It is part of a private farmhouse from the 1950s that the owners occupy for only one month a year.
Through the gate reserved exclusively for you, you’ll enter a charming terraced garden.
OmaKoti’s small but functional interior consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. Three steps lead to the bedroom (with a 140 x 200 cm French bed), which features a wardrobe and a dresser, as well as to the adjacent bathroom (toilet, sink, no bidet) with a shower.
The house is designed for two people and is ideal for a romantic getaway.
Please be aware of the very rural location, which means that dogs and farm animals may be heard nearby.
The house is located 1,500 meters from the harbor (500 meters from the nearest supermarket) on a small, car-free road that can be reached via a short uphill path. A scooter is recommended.
Please keep in mind that
From April 1 through October 31, the municipality of Forio charges a tourist tax of €2 per person per night for guests staying in vacation homes. This tax applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under 18 are exempt from the tourist tax.

The tourist tax is not included in the room rate and is paid by the guest at check-in, who will receive a receipt.
Under Italian law, you must have your documents registered upon arrival.
