Its located in the middle of food places waffle house, chicken fry, and McDonalds. “The dirtiest home I’ve ever been in. Even ceiling mold approximately 18” in diameter in one of the bedroom closets. Master toilet didn’t work, washer and dryer filled with wet towels, some bathrooms didn’t have towels, bed linen was dirty, coffee drip machine and toaster are the only kitchen appliances. "They had missed cleaning the room enough, after someone had probably puked. I showed a photo at the reception, and they only said ”sorry about that”, and there were no compensation whatsoever. They also called us to say that we had unpaid bills, just so we ”knew”, before checking out. It was 8 USD, they had not been able to charge. I called Amex to check, and they could see that they had tried, but it was not Amex who denied using the card, but Hyatts terminal according to Amex. Really disappointed!"
