“My room temperature was ok. Could not get it to a cooler temperature despite resetting it 2 different times throughout the night. I did not sleep well because I could not get cool. The breakfast left a little to be desired. There were biscuits but no gravy. All of the juices were watered down and the cream cheese for the bagels was chunky. So I had toast with peanut butter because the only jelly available was grape or apple.”

“The hotel is nice enough. The room I had was nice, other than the ant colony by bathtub in the floor, and I did not have house keeping while I was there. Also, even thou I paid for breakfast with my reservation thru Expedia they apparently had no record and charged me anyways, even after I showed them my itinerary and stated they couldn't do anything about it till Monday.”

“Musty smell throughout. The have fans blowing in the hallway with air freshener behind them. Breakfast is not good. Biscuits and water gravy. Waffles tasted sour. They have cereal of course Room is musty and mold on walls and ceiling in bathroom. Towels always felt damp. Ac works well but it blows musty air . Shower head comes out of wall at shoulder blade height. Does get hot however. Beds are ok. TV is very small and very limited analog channels. Very fuzzy picture. ...

“Shower light didn't work, bathroom exhaust makes a lot of noise, one mattress the bed sunk in when sitting or laying on it, tv remote on/off button or volume buttons didn't work. Had to adjust volume or on/off on the tv itself, carpet by the bed was sticky so bare feet not recommended, ice machine on our floor did not work, hot tub was not functioning and was empty. When I booked it indicated there was a hot tub. Pool was available and water nice and warm, but unfortunately, the night we were...

“I am an advid traveler, and I enjoy all types of lodging accommodations. However, this property was not presented as described. I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival.
