This is a very clean and well-maintained property with stunning views of the Pacific. It’s right next to a park as well. Owner was always available for questions. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

The house was very clean and had an unbelievable view. The host provided great communication and was only a call away if needed. The kitchen was perfect for any meals that needed to be cooked. The home and surrounding area was extremely pet friendly would recommend to anybody and would return again in a minute.

This house was absolutely amazing. The view was so breathtaking. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was really nice to cook in. The check in process and communication with the host was easy. It's a wonderful place to spend with family and very kid and dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We thouroughly enjoyed a weekend stay at this stunning oceanside rental. The view from the deck and living room is captivating and we felt completely relaxed. The living room furniture and beds are very comfortable. The location is great for short trips to Mendocino, Van Damne, Glass Beach, Mendocino Botanical Gardens, North Coast Brewery, Skunk Train and Railbikes. There is a nice cliffside path to walk to town on as well. We saw loads of whale spouts during our March stay, right from the living room couch! We were able to let the dogs out frequently and take them for walks. Will definitely return and recommend.

Everything was wonderful except for the sliding doors on the shower. I am in a wheelchair and it was a liitle difficult for me to transfer from my wheelchair to my shower chair. Shower curtains would make this transfer easier.

We had a wonderful, no hassle stay. Pomo Park Trail is across the dead end street in front, and beside that is the cliffs and the ocean. The property is beyond comfortable, with great beds and living room furniture. I can’t imagine anyone not relaxing the minute they arrive. All that and dog friendly. My chihuahua wants to go back!

This house is so wonderful to us! Love the ability to sit and stare at the ocean from the living room or a short walk just across the street and you are on the bluffs! We fell in love with the view , the fog horns , watching for whales and relaxing in the beauty!

We were there with our children and grandchildren. We all had such an excellent time. The home is tastefully decorated with a spa like beachy theme. The views were awesome. An easy to find, yet peaceful location. We found cornhole boards in the game closet. We all had a lot of fun playing that with the ocean views as a backdrop. We also enjoyed the well equiped kitchen and spacious dining area as we celebrated my birthday. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing coastal getaway.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week here with our dog, Coconut, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home is updated, spotless, and very comfortable, with flooring that was perfect for a pup. The three bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the furniture was both stylish and cozy.The location is fantastic—just a short 3-minute walk to gorgeous coastal bluffs where we enjoyed sunsets every evening. The ocean views from the house are breathtaking, and with so many windows, the natural light and cool breezes created such a relaxing atmosphere.The house was stocked far better than most rentals we’ve stayed in. There were plenty of high-quality towels, all the kitchen appliances and cookware you could ever need, and even a ceramic grill for barbecuing while listening to the ocean. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared to make our stay easy and enjoyable.We also loved how convenient it was to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. Being so close to Noyo Harbor made it easy to grab fresh fish and chips, which was a highlight of our trip. Botanical gardens are beautiful and Skunk train ride with Coconut was fun amd both are also just a few minutes drive.Finally, the hosts were excellent—communicative, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. We felt truly welcomed.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This is a lovely home and well equipped and furnished. The views are beautiful. It is very close to grocery, dining, etc. There were a few cleanliness issues, but mostly window washing and detail cleaning - nothing very serious. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the beds are comfortable. The furniture is not high end but in good shape and comfortable. If you are looking for a great home with plenty of beds and a large kitchen for a family or big group, this is a great option. The house sits on a pretty quiet street so you will not be bothered by traffic noise other than a few loud motercycles or cars during the sunset hours. It is an easy walk across the street to get a better view of the ocean and the waves hitting the rocks. The internet functioned really well for us and we were able to stream and work on our laptops. TVs have all the streaming options. The door lock functions well and we had no problems getting into the home on arrival. Checkout process is simple and they do not ask for much other than take out the trash and start the dishwasher. Overall, I recommend this home if you are not looking for super high end plush, but comfortable, roomy and with a great view.

Beautiful house, mostly foggy for much of our stay. Close paved walk and benches overlooking ocean and entry to Noyo Harbor. Best for a group. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots. I would have liked a few more added comfort items like facial tissue, enough dishwasher liquid to do more than 2 loads. Same for laundry soap.

Lovely Location, Beautiful Home
