Nestled in a quiet, scenic neighborhood just behind a small trailer park, our home offers a peaceful retreat with lots of space, friendly neighbors, and even some horses and animals you might enjoy seeing from the yard. It’s as close to the mountains as you can get, and we know you’ll love exploring all the outdoor recreation nearby.

It's a short drive to the stunning Horsetooth Reservoir, perfect for boating, paddleboarding, or just taking in the mountain views.

Trails like Blue Sky and Poudre are nearby for walking, running, biking, or just soaking up nature’s beauty.

CSU’s equine center is close if horse riding or watching equestrian events interests you.

The neighborhood has a warm, welcoming vibe—most residents have been here for years and take pride in their community.
