“The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”

“Ok hotel Poor breakfast selection and the fruit was not even ripe. Dress code for dinner too formal for the type of restaurant it is. Extremely loud music 2 nights till past midnight from the other side of the road”

“We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. We wished it were more private and inviting. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good, and I can't recommend the spa again. We ended up going back a second time for another...

“Good value. Close to beach (2 minute pleasant walk). Pretty views from lobby and main restaurant. Very quiet. Restaurant serves lunch and drinks by the beach. Food is just ok with some excellent standouts like the roti and BBQ chicken. They had happy hour once night with complimentary drinks which were excellent. Another night there was a bonfire BBQ on the beach which was underwhelming- the singer was not great, would have been better to have a DJ or a more lively band. The staff are very...
