“Amazing staff, great food, so relaxing and peaceful!! Pool is beautiful and views/beach are stunning. Coffee shop is perfect, good breakfast. Lunch/dinner lots of options, even for the 4 nights we stayed. Grace at the front desk recommended a car for a day to venture out, she set it up to deliver to the hotel and it was great! Recommend the ice cream shop and a across the bridge to middle Caicos! Really everything you need in a one stop shop to have peace. Short walk to a small convenience...

“I loved the poolside cottage with full kitchen. Beach and water fantastic. Restaurant dinners were too crowded and too expensive, but the lunches can be taken at the beech under comfortable umbrellas. Breakfasts great. there was construction noise during the week, and the air conditioners were too loud, but I tuned it all out for the overall great experience.”

If you are looking for a party atmosphere or a resort atmosphere with people catering to you then this is not the place for you. This is more like a hotel. ”

“The Tides is very small and quaint. We felt at home. Brenda and the rest of the staff was very friendly and easy to get ahold of for anything we needed! Super close to the beach. There are chairs, towels and umbrellas available. Lots of restaurants and shops are available in walking distance or bicycles are available to use. We had a great stay. Small, private and accomodating. We will be back! ”

“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! The food was fine, breakfast was great and worth the money and we did several lunches and one dinner. Expect all food to be expensive no...
