Sorry to hear that you had some issues regarding your stay with us Yurii, this is not the experience we want you to have and as you can see on other of our reviews this never happens before. Upon further investigation and photos of the building you got the wrong one, so we resent the address then you were able to find the correct building. Apology for the parking spot guest/ Tenant had their own designated parking space. While looking for this owner we sent you an alternative space and this was resolved. Please know that we are doing our best in improving our service and providing the best accommodation for our guest satisfaction. We are always here to help and assist. Thank you for choosing us.
