I decided to stay at this hotel because I stayed here a few years ago. To begin on a positive note, staff were nice especially lady at front desk was friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel is very close to the Sawgrass Mall and close to other amenities which were nice. However, the property condition is horrible!! From the time we started walking down the corridor to our room the carpet smelled old and horrible like it hadn’t been changed or cleaned from the time the hotel open. When we first opened the door to enter the room it smelled like the room had not been open for air or occupied in months and they tried to mask the smell with cleaning products. There are a lot of roaches and bugs running around. The breakfast was horrible and not much to choose from (mainly tea, toast, waffle and juice). Renovation needs to be done asap.

Not clean and old furnitures. They have to replace all of the room at once. The sofa was not for people. So many people who do business to buy some at Sawgrass Outlet and resale them in their countries. So they seem not to complain on these terrible condition due to the low price Don't expect anything here even free breakfast. Terrible, terrible and terrible!

Excellent customer service, but the rooms can use deep cleaning. Bathroom ceiling had mold, corners, alarm clock and in many other areas there was a lot of dust and dirt.

Me gusta mucho este hotel por la cercanía con Sawgrass Mill, lo que no nos gustó fue un depósito que hay que pagar en efectivo de 50 dólares. Creo debe ser con la tarjeta de crédito. Porque la primera noche al día siguiente hicimos check out rápido y no nos devolvieron el dinero. Luego retomamos a las 5 días por dos noches y ahí les recordamos que no nos dieron el dinero. Si no hubiésemos retornado el dinero de pierdey eran dos habitaciones. Favor quitar ese método de depósito efectivo Saludos Leibniz Abreu

What I didn’t like was the fact that we both prepared ourselves for a shower then found only 1 towel . The electric points were hanging out of the wall , very dangerous, some things not working, there was thick black mould on the bottom of curtain. We were only there for 1night , I did report these problems, the room should not have been used . Was told that manager would contact me to talk about a rate reduction but no response . Not very happy. Please respond to this issue!

Room was dirty and smelled really bad. They used a lot of pinesol to hide the smell. Condom wrapper was found behind headboard and hair on toilet seat. Entire hotel was really run down and not clean.

The furniture was broken, I swapped rooms and the 2nd room had roaches. Lots ! It was horrible but the staff was nice.

I had 2 roaches in my room. Mold smell, Tv didn't work properly. Moved me to new room. Wasnt happy with my stay. Would like a refund
