Susan- I'm sorry some of the maintenance issues with the hotel happened during your stay. Like you said, bad timing. Sorry you let these miniscule items ruin your visit.

The property is exactly as described in the listing. I'm sorry you were expecting more. It's possible you didn't know how to work the blinds, as I was just there yesterday and they were working perfectly.

Patricia- I'm sorry that the room didn't meet your expectations. I don't believe it's ever been advertised as "pristine", but we do try to keep it in excellent condition. The guest(s) previous to you had zero complaints about the cleanliness of the unit. Also, I NEVER received any sort of communication from you regarding the above. What I did receive was a notice that after your departure, the sofabed mechanism that your 10 year old grandson whined about was ruined. They indicated that it looked like somebody had jumped on the bed to cause the type of damage seen. It is now unusable, and I'm in the process of buying whole new innards to make it functional again. And no, I didn't deduct anything from your security deposit.

Hi Michelle- I'm sorry that your room was a little different from the other 2, but that was completely divulged in the listing. Your room is advertised with 2 queen beds, not 2 King. It may have been some confusion with your sister making the accommodations for the whole family, but I trust that you enjoyed your family visit in spite of this.
