Trevligt poolområde, bra rum och trevlig personal. Det enda som är en riktigt stor nackdel är det enorma trafikbullret

Dirty hotel with heavy traffic+lack of hospitality
Me and my husband had high expectations due to earlier reviews- but we got really disappointed. This hotel has a very low standard! First of all t is located just 10 metres from North Ocean Drive with heavy traffic both day and night. Old, worn rooms and quite dirty inside. Not cleaned properly. Old loud AC which you couldn´t reach without a stick.. In charge of this place is a 50+ woman with a really bad attitude towards the guests, She reminds us about the worst school teacher we ever had. We felt uncomfortable around her as she was reprimanded both us and other guests. We are 55+. It was like we had to please her, instead of the opposite. On the inside of our door we could read the house rules and the penalties. This sign says it all-Attached to this review. On top of this there was an envelope where they ask you to put money for the housekeepers service. We didn´t have any cleaning during the stay, but we thought this service was included in the rate? We didn´t even got our towels exchanged. This hotel has to really work on their approach towards the guests. Lack of hospitality. Not friendly. Stay somewhere else. We do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Thank You for staying with us and thank you for your review but I'd like to address your complaints. First off, our standards are extremely high and our multiple return guests will speak for that. As a matter of fact, one of our guests that were staying with us the same time as you, rebooked for the fall. Second, we are no where near US1 (Federal Highway) we are on N. Ocean Drive in Lauderdale by the Sea. Third, the AC is a normal modern unit located above the refrigerator. Fourth, we have a great reputation for cleanliness and our housekeepers pride themselves on such. Housekeeping never entered your room because you had a DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging from your doorknob every day. I'm not sure why you compared me with a bad schoolteacher. I've never taught school in my life. But if I'm like the worst schoolteacher you've ever had, then Sweden must have some great teachers. If asking you to not have glass at the pool and providing you with plastic stemware so you could continue drinking by the pool is reprimanding, I'm confused. You literally sat in front of the sign stating no glass at the pool. The only other exchanges we had were I like your hat, good morning, is everything ok, and have a great day. Lastly, I find it odd that when your husband came into the office on your last day he thanked us and said he had a great time.

The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The pool is nice and heated. The room was clean and well equipped. The big drawback was that my room was on the first floor, with 4 big windows, none of which had functioning locks. The door also opened itself at random, and had no chain lock. The privacy lock was broken. The office had closed by the time I realized all this, so I dealt with it. Other than these issues, which were a pretty big deal to me, the place was a great option at a great price.

Staff were friendly, ready to answer any questions and share info about the area. Because it's a smaller scale than the big chain hotels, there's a personal service provided. You get to know and be friends with others staying as you see them in the pool area. Bikes are provided FREE and such a fun way to get around.

Cute, clean, and comfortable. Property needs a little work however this does not distract from the overall experience. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Very accommodating.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Property needs upgrades/repairs of electrical and plumbing. In particular, the room air conditioner is very noisy and the electricity went out on it while we were there. Staff responded quickly to the problem. Also, the handle in the shower was not adjustable so it took awhile for water to get hot.

Small no frills efficiency rooms some bigger than others ours was a room with a full kitchen . Rooms were clean bed very comfortable Aime who is at front desk very nice and helpful cleaning staff very nice as well. Very short walk to cvs and Publix ten min walk to heart of town with several dinning options

We hadn't been there in about14 years look the same traffic more frequent busy at times.Staff everyone was quiet friendly weather was fine 70's it is a older building alot of them around there are.We found walmart target eas could walk to the resturants in town or free shuttle.

Great location and accommodations
The apartment had everything we needed. Beach chairs and bikes were great to have available too. Staff is on site to assist with everything and offer information

Great place to stay! Heated pool area with nice tables and chairs to hang out at. Plus a bbq for those that choose to eat at the motel, or cook in the cute kitchenette that each room offers. Staff is very accommodating and keeps the rooms very clean. Close to shopping, restaurants and bars. There are options for getting around town.

Great place and location
We can recommend Seagarden by the sea. Personel was so friendly and service so fine. The resort and the room was presented us by Ami. She also informed us the fishing trip possibilities. Beach chairs and an sun umbrella could be borrowed. Distance to beach, mall and restaurant area were short. Road were quite close to pool and some improvements could be done but overall we liked our stay at resort. Thank you. BR Jari & Saara

Always a pleasure to stay at this cozy place. The rooms and pool area are super clean and well maintained. Two blocks from a quite beach and walking distance from restaurants and stores. Publix its a block away. Stuff is super friendly and they have bicycles available for your use free of charge.

Extended weekend get away
Location was great, 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Room was clean and quiet. Nothing fancy but perfect for active people who want a quiet place to sleep and maybe take a dip in the pool. Really didn't spend a lot of time in the room, we were out enjoying the beach life!!!!
