Arizona Family Visit
The house was in a great location for us and with the pool it was a lot of fun for our grandkids. What made the experience one of the best we have had were the way were taken care of by Carla & David, the property managers.

The house was nice.smaller than expected .had an issue with the water an one of the toilets getting plugged . neighborhood was a little iffy .got the cops called for no reason an was charged extra for it so didn't like that .

We will be back!
The house was clean, offered everything we needed for a weekend with family. The pool area was perfect next to the casita. The great room offered the space to hang out and lots of comfy beds for sleeping! We look forward to booking again!

Lindemann Family Trip
This house was amazing. We played at the Lake all day and came back and swam in the beautiful pool. Made the weather bearable. I would stay here again!! We had so much fun, Thank you Carla and David Slikker.

Heatwave river hideaway
Everything about our stay was perfect. From arrival to leaving. House was beautiful everything was clean and talking to owners was so simple. If I had to make any complaints it would be that the pool was smaller then we expected but that was no big deal it was refreshing and served our purpose of cooling off in this 120 degree heat wave. Definitely will stay again.

Amazing Home

Amazing property!
This place is amazing! Pictures dont do justice. When I am looking for a place to stay I am looking for a clean house. This house is immaculate and the owners really do try to provide anything you may need during your stay. Every one in my family kept talking about how nice and clean the house is. We all had a great time with zero complaints. Ended up being a perfect weekend. I would definitely book this place again when planning a trip to the river.

Great time in Fort Mohave.
Everything was great, except the pool was not heated the first day, and the air conditioner on both floors turned off and we came home to a 95 degree house. I'm not sure if there was a power outage while we were gone. Just a note, all the remotes need new batteries.

Beautiful and cozy retreat!
Our family really enjoyed our vacation at this lovely home. The accommodations were very nice. Updated decor, comfortable beds, inviting pool and casita, and a wonderful location. Overall, the house was very clean but a bit dusty. When we unpacked clothing, the closet shelves were dusty as well as other areas of the home. We also like to prepare meals and eat in. The kitchen only provided plastic plates, bowls, and glasses which were not microwave safe. There were a couple pots and skillets for the stove, but no baking accessories. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and definitely recommend this property!

Thank you for the input. We try not to have glass dishes because of the pool. We will definitely try to better stocks the kitchen for in hoist cooking. We are glad you had a good time.

Very clean and new property with great amenities
David and Carla's place was great! Clean and spacious and can't beat being able to smoke fresh meat! We had one mishap triggering the alarm but David was quick to answer and assist.

Peaceful and serene!
This property was everything it said it would be. Carla was available and would respond right away. It nice and refreshing to have a host provide all that they said they would. The house was clean and amazingly put together for our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking at it. -Jay

The place was very clean very nice and spacious I love the security system they have for the house.
I'm a professional and I give quotes as I experience the time I had at this location. The discouragement that I was having the stove was not working properly I immediately notified David and Carla their response time what's quick they had a guy sent out to see what the problem was the stove needed some parts. The stove is an electric stove not a gas stove it wasn't fixed when we left. The pool,when I arrived the pool wasn't operating like the picture shows..no waterfalls or Jets were on..I tried to figure out how to turn on the water falls and jets.. there was no instructions to show me how to do this.also, I wanted to do some night swimming I didn't know how to turn on the pool light at night. I immediately call David and Carla they told me how to turn on the pool light, but they didn't give me instructions how to operate the waterfalls or turn on the Jets they told me that the pool man was coming out on Monday I already was there for 4 days.. the pool man came out on Monday explained to me how to operate the pool equipment after the pool man left the Jets were working the waterfalls were working like the picture showed that was nice for that day.my last day was Tuesday so I didn't get the full effect of the pool the way I wanted to, however, the swim was nice. The barbecues they had 2 barbecues 1, I didn't have a clue how to work it it was an electric barbecue that you had to plug in the wall we tried using it it was not cooking our food the way it should have. Second barbecue, its the kind that you put charcoal in it that helped out a lot we were able to cook our food. the stove was not working so that was a disappointment for us. My recommendations make sure the stove is working a hundred percent and understand that the stove is an electric. Make sure the pool is operating to the fullest when renters arrive. Make sure the renters are informed on how to use an electric barbecue or just have them use the traditional barbecuer that uses charcoal. All in all nice place Carla and David very very nice owners and I definitely would recommend this place. Sincerely yours Richard Cartier

Beautiful House!
We rented this property for 12 days, and loved every minute of it! Dave & Carla (owners) were very friendly and helpful whenever we called. House was large and clean, plenty of bedding and towels. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area, and plan to stay there again ourselves.

Wonderful house
The house is large and roomy with a beautiful master suite with 'rain from the sky' and double shower heads, built in vanity table. There is a great view of the distant mountains and beautiful Arizona sunsets from the two large 2nd story decks. The back yard is very private and great for relaxing. The neighborhood is very quite, so this is not a get loud and party house. The pool room is a nice as inside the house and has a small kitchenette and full bath, so it's more like a guest house. Wonderful place, nice hosts, we'd stay here again!

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities, this house is much beautiful in person than in the pictures shown, very convenient location, close to stores, markets, restaurants, etc. and of course to the river and the casinos! The owner Carla, a very nice lady, answers to your questions or concerns right away! Our family had a great time, our kids loved the pool! Beautiful property! Great for families with children. The ambience was very peaceful and tranquil.
This propery definitely had everything we needed. The home was very welcoming and equipped with many helpful items such as sun screen, coffee, plates, toiletries, movies, and a fully equipped kitchen. My family experienced an unexpected emergency which caused us to check in one day later. The owners generously offered us an additional night plus one at no additional charge (very rare act of kindness!). The owners responded to all our inquiries within minutes, every time. Our stay was definitely enjoyable and felt like a true getaway. We definitely plan to return again for a longer duration. Book this property with confidence!

Family Summer Getaway
We had a wonderful time staying in your beautiful house! Everything was great, clean and so convenient for us with having 2 small children the stores were very near by. All the river activities were very close to the house which was a plus! It was a very hot the weekend we stay which made the pool a necessity! So glad we stayed here....IT WAS PERFECT!
