Located in the 55+ community of Sun Resorts & Residences Sanibel Gateway (formerly known as Siesta Bay RV Resort). You must be 55+ to rent and have ID to verify. Completely remodeled and fully furnished home. New white shaker cabinets throughout, quartz countertops in kitchen & baths, and Pergo flooring throughout. Be one of the first to enjoy this recently renovated home with all new furniture, including beds.

Enjoy a getaway in our premium 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen bed in the secondary bedroom to accommodate up to 4 guests. Our rental provides an open floor plan with new furnishings, two private bathrooms both with walk-in showers & sliding glass doors, central air conditioning, linens, full washer and dryer, WIFI, and 3 flat screen TV’s with Roku and Firestick for your TV viewing pleasure. The kitchen includes full appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware and utensils. Concrete driveway for easy parking.
You’ll love the 2 heated pools and hot tub, multiple shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball and pickle ball courts (all have been redone since hurricane Ian)! Please be advised, the resort is still working on upgrades in the park from hurricane Ian but is making great progress to restore all amenities.
Fort Myers beach (4 miles), Bunche beach (1.5 miles) and Sanibel Island (6 miles) are located within a few short miles. Bike riding/walking path conveniently located outside the resort entrance along Summerlin Rd. Biking/walking to Fort Myers beach and Bunche beach are available options. It is not recommended to bike the Sanibel Causeway and pedestrian traffic is not allowed on the Sanibel Causeway.
No pets or smoking allowed in the home.

We come to Fort Myers every year and we are very familiar with the area. This place was everything we were looking for. It was immaculate with all the amenities we needed. We were very close to all of our favorite places. Our host was very accommodating and available. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

This home is so clean and the bed was really comfortable , kitchen seemed to have everything we needed, Loved the washer and dryer which allowed us to pack less. The resort has so many things to do with a calendar of events. Great location near sanibel island..Would highly recommend .

Great location near Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel

This beautiful little 2 bed 2 bath house exceeded our expectations. The house is nicely, furnished, decorated and perfectly spotless. It was an excellent location for everything we were hoping to do in South Fort Myers. Would definitely return!!!
