Kom och njut av vita sandstränder, vikbris och solnedgångar en gång i livet i en lyxig 3000 duplex med flera miljoner dollar vid stranden! Villa Del Sol är ett 3 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum Tommy Bahama möblerade hem steg från stranden. Villan har en privat sandstrand som leder direkt till viken. Efter en avkopplande dag på stranden kan du njuta av din egen privata pool / badtunna / utomhusdusch / grillområde när du lyssnar på vågorna. Det finns utsikt över Mexikanska golfen i nästan alla rum med vackra balkonger för att njuta av delfinbehandling och underbara solnedgångar. Interiören har slående uppgraderingar men bibehåller fortfarande komforten i ett strandhem. Villa Del Sol har de bekvämligheter som behövs för en enkel övergång att fokusera på avkoppling på din semester!

Det finns också en privat hiss för din bekvämlighet och enkelhet.

Nestled in a perfect location, this home offers both convenience and charm—just steps from the strip, yet peaceful enough to relax completely.The interior is beautifully decorated, reflecting thoughtful style and comfort. Every room felt warm and welcoming, with tasteful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. There was a careful attention to detail—cozy furnishings, elegant decor, and a spotless presentation.This house is well-kept and maintained impeccably, making our stay as smooth as could be. It's obvious the owners take pride in their property and strive to make it shine for their guests.Speaking of the owners—Mike and Melissa were simply amazing. Friendly, attentive, and they made checking in and staying here absolutely seamless. Excellent family vacation

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our Ft Myers Beach vacation. Your home is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. There were plenty of games for our grandchildren to enjoy. They loved the pool. The beach was clean. It was not crowded. We are looking forward to returning.

Family Vacation Jun 14-Jun 21

This beautifully decorated house is comfortable and equipped with everything one would need on vacation. There is an elevator to easily transfer luggage, groceries and people to the kitchen or bedroom areas. The bedrooms are spacious with en suite bathrooms that have a lovely starter kit of shower gel, shampoo, toilet tissue, etc. and PLENTY of towels including beach towels. The kitchen and dining area was wonderfully stocked with spices, oils, plastic wrap, paper towels, etc. You may have to replenish but it's great not having to run to the grocery first thing! The owners were quick to respond when there was a short-lived problem with the elevator.The pool/spa area was great and there were multiple games. The garage had beach chairs, a beach cart, beach umbrellas, sand buckets, etc In other words, a lovely home with lots of extras to make vacation relaxing and virtually stress-free. Loved it!

A Lovely Oasis

While we truly enjoyed our visit to this wonderful home, the highest praise will come from our children (who loved the quiet and the long walks on the beach) and our grandchildren (who loved all of the activities the house and owners made available). A wonderful week and terrific owners who are both incredibly responsive and who go out of their way to make your trip great.

Family vacation

Our first family vacation with two married children and two grand babies. This home was perfect with three ensuite bedrooms and the location was excellent! Waking to a full view of the gulf, enjoying the uncrowded beach just steps from the back door, and relaxing by the private pool made this a favorite place. The owners were excellent and very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beach Fun!

Beautiful property steps from the beach! The home was fully stocked with almost anything you might need, from kitchen to bedding to baby gear to beach/pool toys. When we arrived, the pool was green and cloudy. But as soon as we let the hosts know, they scheduled pool service immediately. Our family had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning!

Fabulous Property

We cannot say enough great things about this property. The location is absolutely perfect. Watching the sunset everyday from the front deck/porch off of the main living area was a highlight. We loved playing basketball in the pool and using the jacuzzi. The upstairs master suite is large and perfect for working remotely if you need to. The entire house from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the water toys was stocked beyond! The managers were so welcoming and very responsive. Outstanding property and we hope to be back again. Do not hesitate to book this gem.

Slight mix up at start but Mike and Melissa were on top of everything. House was very nice. They had everything we could have wanted to use at the beach including paddle boards, kayak, coolers, chairs, any toy or mask needed. We did not think we would use the pool and hot tub but used as much as we did the ocean. Very responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Superb!!!

The location of the house was perfect! It is close to downtown but far enough away to not have crowds on the beach and very close to the grocery store. The owners were super easy to get ahold of and responded almost immediately. The house has everything you could want and more! The pool/hot tub were nice and private and the views of the ocean can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location with every amenity

The house is literally right on the beach and access is very easy. The house is very well appointed, clean, and nicely decorated. The owners have a TON of beach gear: chairs, paddleboards, ocean kayaks, boogie boards, etc. We really didn't have to bring anything with us. The house is a very short drive (or walk) to the main square on the island or about 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers. Similar distance to Naples and Bonita. There were plenty of dining options nearby. In addition, we were able to instacart everything we needed. The owner was very engaged and responded to our messages promptly. All in all, a great property with a great location.

Spring Break 2024

Our family had a wonderful time! The location was perfect, right on the beach!! The house was beautiful and very well stocked including lots of beach and pool toys which the grand kids really enjoyed. We all loved the pool and the beach and the adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The views of the gulf from the balcony are amazing and the dolphins entertained us every morning with their antics. We can't wait to return!

The best VRBO we have had!

This house is just as lovely as the pictures show. The kitchen has everything you might need, the owners provide beach toys, chairs, even a wagon to make the steps to the beach easy. Pool area is spacious and clean. The furnishings inside are beachy but tasteful. These owners really understand vacationers, plenty of space to stow your own gear. They kept in touch throughout our stay but were never intrusive. Do the fine people of FMB a favor. Go there, spend some money and help them get their town back.

Hassle free beachfront property!

House was accurately listed. It was stocked with all beach ammenities such as kayak, chajrs, coolers, floats, and beach toys. It was very clean and the owners/managers of the property were readily available to answer all questions and responded almost immediately. I would highly recommend staying at this property and would do so in the future.

Definitely Booking Again!!!

My family *loved* this property! Top themes which come to mind when recapping our recent stay: tasteful luxury, amazing communication, and loads of conveniences. This was our first family vacation in Ft. Myers and we were looking for a special property. We wanted to take a significant step towards luxury in terms of a private pool, private beach access, and next-level amenities. Thankfully, we hit the bullseye with this amazing place and owners! Tasteful luxury: top of the line furniture, kitchen appliances (including margarita welcome kit!), bed & bathroom set ups, beach toys (loved learning how to paddle board and seeing the dolphins), beach umbrellas & chairs, and art (tasteful ocean décor was the perfect touch)! Amazing communication: from moments after booking the property, and throughout our stay, Mike & Melissa were the perfect hosts. They kept us informed leading up to our vacation and later checked in with us during our vacation to make sure everything was going well. It was clear Mike & Melissa wanted our family vacation to be perfect. Loads of conveniences: we have never, NEVER, stayed at a VRBO where we didn’t have to go purchase something basically off-the-bat. This time it was different - everything we needed, it was already there for us and I’m not just talking the big things (which were outstanding), but also the important, little things too (towel clips to hold towels on beach chairs, sand grippers so umbrellas were secure in the sand, cooking sprays, grill cleaners, coolers, body boards, extra ping pong balls, etc.) This was the best vacation we’ve had in a long time. Our kids (3 high school, 1 middle school, and 1 elementary school) enthusiastically gave this property a “5 out of 5.” My wife and I agree 100%. Relaxation on the Beach

We would stay here again! Great communication with the owners. The house had everything we needed both inside and out. The location and beach were wonderful! The house was located far enough from the "busy" part of the beach, yet within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the pier. Thanks for a great time!
