Beach Bungalow 2
We arrived after dark on 4-26-25 at 9:47 P.M. It was very dark around most of the property with no lights to walk up the stairs or by the doors to see the lock pad. We had trouble getting the code to open the door. We called the after hours number. There was no answer and no return call to help us! We finally figured out the code. Sunday morning we woke up to a green pool..We had an I pad to control the pool and hot tub. The pool was not working properly. I called Sun Palace. We were told that the pool company probably weren't available on Sundays. The pool company came Monday but we missed them. The pool was still green. We called Sun Palace Vacations again and was told the pool company would come back out on Tuesday. A man came out and said it didn't seem to be working properly, he checked the chlorine and skimmed the pool. The pool was still greenish and had a lot of dust from construction next door. Wednesday, a repair man came and changed 2 filters and repaired the pool. The pool was never vacuumed. We finally could use the hot tub and pool on Thursday of our vacation after 4:00 P.M. after construction was over for the day.. From Monday through Friday there was construction on a house right next to the pool and hot tub. We found things to do during the day because it was so loud. We understand this construction was necessary after the hurricane. Bungalow 2 should never have been rented during this construction! This was an awful vacation!
