The Gullwing Resort is continuing their phased reopening of the resort. Contractors are still working on the exterior of the resort building. As a result there may be noise during business hours, parking lot congestion and some unkept areas at times. The exerior building stucco work has been completed on the side of the condo building that this condo's large living room balcony is located. There is exterior stucco scaffolding on the front of the condo building which is located next to the primary bedroom smaller balcony.
While Fort Myers Beach continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once did, the sun continues to shine each day and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made.

This is a lovely, remodeled and well-appointed 8th floor Gullwing Resort condo located on the southern end of Estero Island.

The Gullwing Beach Resort is offering limited complimentary bikes to be used by owners guests/renters on a first come/first available basis. It will require users to download an app, and follow the instructions. The bikes are located in the parking garage between the elevators.They are available between 6am to 6pm and each one can be used complimentary for up to 4 hours.
The door features a keyless lock, so you can come and go freely without having to keep track of keys.
Beach access directly on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

Some amenities in common areas that are otherwise offered to hotel guests who pay a daily resort fee are not available including the fitness center & business center.
Many on-island restaurants/bars have re-opened, food trucks are popping up, and the island's Publix grocery store is now open again. When you aren't enjoying the beach, you can drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island; north off the island you'll find the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to multiple public golf courses and the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox. Nearby Coconut Point and the Miromar Outlets are great shopping and dining destinations; and we can't leave out the tony Waterside shops and 5th Avenue in Naples - fun whether you shop, eat or just look! Take a day to trip to the Florida Everglades for some alligator spotting on an exhilarating airboat ride. Southwest Florida truly does have a little something for everything!
