Vackert inredda lägenhet med 1 sovrum / 1 badrum med utsikt över Big Carlos Pass där Mexikanska golfen möter Estero Bay och tvärs över gatan från vackra Lovers Key Nature Preserve och State Park.

Se delfinerna spela i viken från din privata Lanai eller koppla av på den privata vita sandstranden. Loungestolar och tiki-kojor finns på stranden.

Lovers Key Beach Club har en vacker stor uppvärmd pool och jacuzzi med gott om solstolar för din njutning. Tvättservice, grill och hiss finns också för din bekvämlighet.

Det finns golfbanor, bra shopping, fiske, båtliv, kajakpaddling, vattensportuthyrning, matvaror, spa, biograf, nytt bibliotek, cykling och mycket mer att göra i området Fort Myers, Bonita Springs och Neapel.
Och naturligtvis kan vi inte glömma att det finns mil med vackra vita sandstränder!

Vår lägenhet har precis renoverats med alla nya apparater i rostfritt stål och bänkskiva i granit. Det är välfylt med alla köksredskap som du behöver för att förbereda en gourmetmiddag på de dagar du bestämmer dig för att äta i stället för att besöka en av de många underbara restaurangerna eller barerna i området. Handdukar och sängkläder ingår och det finns gratis trådlöst internet i hela byggnaden. Plattskärms-TV i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och gott om förvaring för dina personliga föremål. Det renoverade badrummet har en dubbel garderob och en vacker ny bricka i dusch.
Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet om din familj behöver plats för fyra.

Great location

We loved being next to the state park and walked all around the park each day. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure. My husband enjoyed fishing from the condo beach each day. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We rode bikes into fort Myers beach one day and drove a couple others. If we come back to fort Myers we would definitely stay here!

Perfect with so much around to do!

We loved Lovers Key Park & having our own private beach. Went jet skiing close by & a sunset cruise. Island life has lots of nice restaurants & bars. Never a lack of beach or dolphins!! We can’t wait to come back!!:)

Loved this rental! It’s in a fabulous location if you are a nature lover & prefer a quiet beach experience, but not too far from downtown Fort Meyers. The owners are kind & responsive!

Family Vaca 2021

Myself and my three kids stayed at this property for a week for our summer vacation, the property itself was in a great location and the private beach was definitely a nice perk when we wanted to just chill. We spent a few days on Ft Myers beach about 10-15 min down the street when we wanted more action which had a ton of shops, restaurants etc. I would absolutely book this place again, we had a great view from our balcony watching dolphins and it overlooked the pool area too which was nice when my older two wanted to swim while my youngest napped. The owners were super responsive to any questions I had and helpful, as well as the other people in the building. We can’t wait to come back!

Great condo and location

The condo is beautifully decorated and has amazing views of the bay and pool area. You are provided with all that you need to cook meals and enjoy the beach. The closet was stocked with beach chairs a beach umbrella and even a float. The owners are so nice and communicated all information that you need. The condo complex is gated and secure and everyone on the premises treat you like an old friend! Thank you so much for such a wonderful week!

Wish I was still there!

My husband and i rented this property for a getaway. It was in the perfect location. The condo was very clean , and it was supplied well if your wanted to cook your own meals which we did a few days. We relaxed on the balcony and watched dolphins every day. We would definately rent here again. Everyone was so friendly.

Great Hidden Gem

Diane and Randy's home was so nice. It's a great size for 2, a little tight for 4 adults. However, we weren't in our condo enough for it to cause any real problems. Privacy issue with bathroom inside bedroom. Balcony view (dolphin watching every morning and evening) and private beach were our 2 of our favorites about this place. Security, privacy, excellent for family with small children or people who want to relax at the beach and pool. Short drive to everything, Including restaurants, shopping, and the busy (party spots) of Fort Meyers Beach. We had a great trip and will be back. Thank you Diane and Randy

Amazing

Loved the location!

From booking to check out, the owner made everything very easy. Great communication. We loved Lovers Key beach that was steps off the property. We saw dolphins from the patio and beach. Enjoyed lounging at the pool. Thanks for sharing your condo at a fair price!

Ideal

Everything from check in to check out was easy. I was able to easily communicate with Randy and Diane before and during our stay. The property is well maintained, clean, and has everything we needed for a relaxing trip to the water. We enjoyed all the dining options nearby. We didn’t try the trolly because we rented a car but we saw it in operation. If you go, check out Doc Ford’s on a Monday for their scallop pasta special and ask for David to be your server. I would absolutely stay in this condo again for a wonderfully relaxed get away.

Outstanding!

Communication with the owner was excellent. They provided all needed information and were very quick to respond to my questions. Condo was exactly as noted in their profile, only surprise was that it exceeded our expectations. Condo was well appointed, very clean and contained everything we needed. Other guests and locals were absolutely outstanding, very friendly and welcomed us right away. I would certainly rent this condo from these owners again, very positive experience and close to all amenities.

2nd Stay

This was our second stay in this Condo and once again we had a wonderful time. The views are fantastic and the dolphins are constantly present to keep us entertained. The pool, beach, and facilities were clean and inviting. The Condo unit itself was clean and perfect for our family once again. My wife's favorite part of this trip is the easy access to Lovers Key State Park and walking on the coast along the undisturbed natural habitat. This year she saw Manatees, gopher tortoises, many birds, fish, starfish, etc.

Beautiful condo and private beach!

This is a really nicely updated condo with everything you need there. We saw dolphins almost every day from the Lanai and on the private beach. The other people there were friendly and plenty of chairs are furnished on the beach and at the pool. The trolley stops right out front so you don't have to drive to get groceries or go to times square if you choose not to. Lovers Key State Park is across the road, but the beach is connected right under the bridge. We walked that beach on most days with our morning coffee. Flippers is a really nice restaurant to walk to that's right there. Highly recommend !!

Nice condo, but needs better security to keep uninvited handyman from letting himself in.

I liked the rental unit, the facilities and location. Although I've never met them, Randy and Diane seemed to be very nice people. They communicated everything a week earlier. I had everything I needed to find and enter the condo when I arrived. I had a problem however when I woke up one morning and found a strange man standing next to the bed. I asked who he was, and he said "the handyman." I asked how he got into the condo and he said he has a key. I asked what he was doing in the condo and he said he was working in the unit directly above and wanted to check for any damage in this unit. I asked why he didn't knock and he said he doesn't have to as he is the handyman. I asked him to leave and he said no. After a shouting match and a threat to call the police, I got him to leave. I had to go out for awhile and when I returned, I noticed some things were not as I had left them. I assumed the handyman let himself in again. Every night I spent there I had to brace a chair against the door to ensure the handyman would not let himself in again. I like the condo, but really think Randy & Diane need to discuss this issue with the condo association and ultimately, fire the handyman as he is a security problem. Other than the intruder handyman, everything else was nice.

Nice piece of Heaven

We had a wonderful, time dolphins on the lanai everyday. The sunsets were breathtaking and the walks on the beach were perfect. Thank you again for letting us in on a little piece of paradise.
