Fort Myers Beach Short Term Rental #21-0112.

Fresh, clean and cozy, this modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo/apartment is located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and 7 miles of sugar sand beach. Occupying the ground floor of our four-unit building, the décor is contemporary beach casual and is perfect for 2 people. This popular ground floor unit features a primary bedroom with queen bed and new memory foam mattress and the bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, Keurig coffee maker and ample cookware.

The bedroom and living area are equipped with Smart TV’s and upgraded StarLink internet/Wi-FI is included. A propane BBQ grill is provided for use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the shared outdoor grilling area. "Free" unassigned parking, complimentary use of laundry facilities including detergent is also available for our guests. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are also provided.

For access and your security, you will be assigned a unique 4-digit access code for the digital locks prior to arrival.

Casa Bella is located mid-island on the corner of Avenida Pescadora and Estero Boulevard directly across the street from the beach. Public beach access is a 3-minute walk south to Dakota Ave or community access is diagonally (south) across Estero Blvd. The popular Island Trolly services the length of the island if you prefer not to drive. The Trolley schedule is available online.

Other things to note: It’s a short walk to a Publix grocery store approximately 1/4 mile away. Junkanoo’s and the Fresh Catch restaurants, popular destinations for casual and fine dining are also located on the bay behind Publix.

To get you started we provide 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, as well as a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, a roll of hand towels, a bottle of liquid dish detergent, dishwasher pods and scouring pads.

For your safety we recommend footwear be worn at all times while on our property and protective beach shoes are recommended while on the beach and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.

Great little property with beach access only a 3 minute walk! It had everything we needed for our stay. Kim was a great host and offered early check-in on our first day, late check-out on our last day, and even helped with the TV via phone call when we needed it. Would recommend!

Excellent experience

Sweet little place across from the beach; very well appointed and squeaky clean! Had everything we needed for our short stay, which I wish could've been longer. Highly recommend dinner reservations, as the two local restaurants fill up quickly.

This little gem was amazing! Perfect size for two people!! Highlights: Short walk to a fantastic beach: Just a few steps and you're there! Convenient trolley stop: Located on the corner, making trips downtown a breeze. Relaxing outdoor space: The little grill and table with chairs were perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Nearby grocery store: Just a few blocks away, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Well-equipped kitchen: Perfect for making meals and enjoying a cozy night in. The host truly thought of everything, offering laundry facilities, beach chairs, coolers, and more. The apartment itself was perfect! Personal Touch: We had an incredible stay here. We loved going to the beach early in the day and then returning at night to watch the beautiful sunset. The proximity to the beach made every moment special, and the evenings spent relaxing outside were just what we needed! We can't wait to come back! Oh!! The building also has larger units if you need more space!!

We’ve stayed here at Willy’s place twice now and we’d definitely come back. Great property with just about everything you need to make it feel like home. Close to beach accesses. Easy to get in and we love the upper porch as well.

Loved the bike rides and walks on the beach

Perfect size for 2 people. We appreciated the bike rental suggestion and the extra communication about check in and out. Great access to the beach and appreciated the use of beach chairs.
