Summary:
Important Note: This apartment has been totally remodeled from hurricanes in 2024. Everything is perfect here. Beaches are beautiful, pool is relaxing and welcoming. Thankfully the island restaurants and bars are also back up and going in fun island style!
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly remodeled cozy and elegant unit. Luxurious linens and bedding. All the comforts of home plus a sparkling pool. The beach is only one block away and Times Square is just a walk or a short bike ride. Be the first to stay at this beauty!

The Space:
The main bedroom is private with top quality mattress and linens. The living area has absolutely everything you'd need for a relaxing vacation. Such a cozy nook in the heart of FMB. It truly feels like a beach paradise the moment you step foot on our property. Stepping outside your door you have a glistening pool as well as other shared outdoor spaces.

Guest Access:
In addition to your private apartment, you have all access to outdoor spaces, including front porch, back lanai with pool as well as side sitting area outside your door. There is laundry available in the garage you're welcome to use.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Nature preserve just at the end of the road. Beach access and restaurants only steps away.

Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic

Angie was great to deal with and any questions were answered plesantly and immediately. Location was close to beach but quiet from the street. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The property was clean and well equipped for our stay. We were in the lower left unit. There is a common games room, a very nice pool and a more private sitting area. There were also chairs, wagons and coolers to take to the beach. The interior of the unit was virtually brand new, had everything we needed to cook and two good Roku TV systems. The location is on a quiet cull du sac and is ideal for a short two block walk to the huge beach area and only a 20 minute walk to the main downtown area. There is still a lot of hurricane damage in and around the Fort Myers beach area being repaired but this did not detract from the stay. We would definitely come here again

Great place, perfect for the 2 of us. Nice amenities with the pool and games in the garage area. They have thought of and provided everything you need for the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
