The Space:
You will be renting the entire single family home, there are no adjoining units! There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms:
1st floor : Poolside Lounge Room with table (seating of 4), couch and two extra seats, and Smart TV, Entrance to the Elevator, and Stairs
2nd floor : 4 private bedrooms, 3 with King Size Beds, 1 with a Bunk Bed and Trundle Bed. 4 full bathrooms, Washer & Dryer
3rd floor : 2 private bedrooms: 1 with King Bed and 1 with a Double Bunk Bed and Trundle Bed. 2 Full Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Washer & Dryer
Two of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a balcony facing the front of the property giving a beautiful view of the Gulf

There is a driveway in the front of the home that can accommodate two vehicles
Guest Access:
You will receive a code in your welcome letter a couple of days prior to arrival.
For the elevator, The 2 outside doors must be shut and in the lock position, the 2 inside doors must be shut before the elevator will operate.
The home features a private elevator for guest convenience. As with any mechanical system, occasional maintenance or service interruptions may occur. In the unlikely event the elevator is unavailable, stairs are always accessible
