We had a wonderful stay here. Our hosts, David and Lisa responded immediately to any concerns we had and addressed them promptly.The villa was exactly as advertised with all the amenities needed for our stay. The location was close enough to the beach, stores, and restaurants that we were able to walk there instead of dealing with traffic and parking.

Updated, very nice, and clean. We had a great stay, my only complaint was it was too short of a stay. We all would’ve loved to stay longer! We enjoyed this house and the pool was especially nice. The beach is close and October it is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time in this property. Literally everything you might need is here. The property was immaculate and very well maintained. The private pool was amazing with a nice enclosed seating area with a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. Washer and dryer easily accessible. There were pool floaties and lawn chairs and other accessories for the beach. There even a pull behind cart to get these items to and from the beach. Beds were extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and large shower in the bath. There is plenty of storage area. We highly recommend this property.

One of the best houses i rented trough vrbo. And I rented many houses at the southwest coast of Florida. Super clean. Nicely decorated. Rooms are even better than the pictures at vrbo. Also the pool is bigger than the foto. Shower is small maybe for same people but foe us still good enough. The is one small sink in the bathroom with not much spaces to put all touthbrushes etc. There is a good beach stroller, with good 4 beach chairs and an umbrella and a coolerbox. David and Lisa responded quickly to our questions. If I have to be critical, maybe some beach towels must be replaced. David and Lisa thanks for sharing your beautifull house with us. We would definitily recommend this house!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The Coral Reef Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made cooking super convenient. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the provided beach cart made carrying our gear a breeze. The pool was amazing—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Perfect little villa!

My family and I enjoy the villa very much! It was very clean and the perfect size for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very pretty. The villa is in the perfect location, a short walk to the beach and lots of food trucks. We were able to walk to Times Square easily. The pool was a nice perk. They provided a wagon to get to the beach. My only issue was the beach chair was broken and the umbrella was on the way out and they only had one.Not a big deal at all. The owner was able to help us right away when we had an issue or question. Very communicative and helpful We will definitely return!!.

Fantastic spot

The house and property were very clean and David was responsive and pleasant. We all really enjoyed the pool. It is a close walk to the beach and there is a wagon, sand toys and cooler to bring with. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Beach Property

This cozy home is amazing! It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The amenities for the beach included quality chairs and an umbrella and a wagon to take them to the beach which is a short walk away. We highly recommend this property.

House was great, Beach wagon was awesome having, Alot of construction around the neighborhood but it did not bother us as the whole area was destroyed by the hurricane, so the area is all under construction.House is perfect for 2 couples for sure.It's nice to walk to beach.

House close to everything

Nice property. Beautiful pool. Walking distance to beach & town. Ft Myers right now has so much construction so only downside right now is the hammering & big trucks that can be heard from house & while in pool. Owners were very accessible & nice.

Cute ocean vista

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it rained the entire week so we got to spend a lot of time in this VRBO. Its clean, its got modern appliances and tv options, and its about a 5 minute walk from the ocean. We had a great time and would love to return for another stay with some better weather.
