Pros:1. Steps from the Beachgulf view from the 7th floor balcony!2. 4 hardcourt tennis courts, 2 tennis racketsballs included in suite.3. Responsive management.4. Clean unit overall, fully equipped (spice rack!), good hot water.5. Plenty of board games/puzzles included.6. Very quiet part of the island.Cons:1. Fridge noisy and massively frosted over on arrival. Management did send someone to fix it a day or two after notification, but it ruined our ice cream :(2. Microwave hood doesn't filter cooking fumes; fan works, but air isn't drawn in. (Given the freezer problem, didn't bother telling management as we didn't want to take more time away from our vacation. I'm pretty sure they would have sent someone to fix it.)3. No beach towels or oven mitts on arrival. Management did send beach towels over, but forgot the oven mitts.4. Bedroom mattress too firm, sofabed mattress too soft, pillows way too soft.5. 2 toilet rolls not enough for a family of 4 for the week. Bring your own or buy more as management recommends.6. Being a quiet part of the island means very little in the way of good restaurants nearby. Have to drive about 30-40 minutes away to Bonita Springs, Naples, or Fort Myers for that.Despite the negatives, it was a very good stay overall. If we decide to come back, we'd consider renting again if the mattresses were improved. Thanks!
