Nyligen ombyggd! Privat pool - 3BR / 3BA

Detta kanalhus har uppdaterats med ett nytt kök med bänkskivor i granit och en öns matplats. Den öppna planlösningen, nyligen renoverad med nya kakelgolv, nya möbler och uppdaterad VVS, har utsikt över en uppvärmd pool, en brygga och kanalen som når till Mexikanska golfen.

Alla tre sovrummen har individuella badrum i badrummet. Befälhavaren sviten har en separat ingång till däck med utsikt över poolen och kanalen. The Great Room är nyinredda och har en HD-TV med Comcast On Demand och ett underhållningssystem med surroundljud. Trådlöst internet finns tillgängligt i hela huset (och poolområdet!)
Hemmet ligger 200 meter från en av de bredaste punkterna på stranden på Fort Myers Beach. Om du är bekant med Outrigger Tiki Hut Bar, är hemmet direkt på motsatt sida av Estero Boulevard. Curlew Street ligger mellan Dinner Movie Theatre och Charleys Boathouse Restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay despite some unseasonably cold weather. House layout was perfect allowing everyone their own space. Shared living areas were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Great washer/dryer laundry area. Pool area is nice, water is heated. Short walk to beach. Sheila responded quickly to questions. Pool and maintenance people responded within a day.

Fort Myers Beach 147 Curllew St

House was perfect. FMB is still is disrepair form the Ean hurricane. Expect lots of traffic delays during late afternoon and early evening commutes because of the traffic light and planet hollywood resort that opened at the end of the beach before the bridge.

Beach Vacation - this is the place!

We booked this place last minute for our son’s sixth birthday celebration/family summer beach vacation. This property had everything we needed and the location is close to everything! Clean and great communication with owner. Thank you! Will book for future stays for sure!

Nice house

Less than a year ago the hurricane hit this area, I was impressed with the condition of the house. This is a wonderful location in an area that will be even better as fort meyers beach comes back from the storm. We enjoyed our visit, and we were a short drive to wherever we wanted to go.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. The pool and the lanai are great. The inside looks exactly like the pictures. I wish we would have had a heads up about the storm damage to the bottom half of the house before we arrived. This would not have changed our minds but it was a little surprising when we pulled up. It also would have been nice to have more toiletries and paper towels available, or a heads up that we would need to bring our own. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Overall a great place to stay!

Nice vacay!

Our family stayed in this house for 5 days and it was nice and roomy. The pool was wonderful! We actually saw a dolphin swim right under the dock chasing fish. A suggestion would be to have a key lock instead of having to drive to an off site location to obtain the keys. Our flight was very delayed and at 4:00 a.m. it was a bit much to drive by the house to get the keys. We also experienced a lot of bug bites while fishing so we definitely recommend bug spray!!! Overall, we had a great time and made lots of memories.

Family Time

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Must take stairs to get in and out of house including to the pool. Worked well for us. We mentioned a couple maintenance items to the property manager. They took care of our immediate needs right away.

Quick weekend getaway

This property was such a great location! Super easy walk to the beach & chairs/wagon/cooler was available if we needed it. The place was big enough for 5 adults (or more) to comfortably hangout, pool was clean and we had a great time! Plenty of options for dinner around us as well. The front door was a little quirky but once we figured out the trick we were all set!

Great pool + steps to the beach

We had a great week at fort Myers beach! The house was in great condition, and allowed our family to spread out and have plenty of space. We loved being on the canal and the private pool! The house is only a 5 min walk from a quiet region of the beach. We would stay again!

Wonderful house and pool!

We all loved this spacious house with the generous amount of towels, kitchenware, comfortable beds and furnishings. The warm pool was wonderful with plenty of pool toys for my grandkid.
