This could include noise, nearby building activity, increased traffic, or beach restoration work. We value transparency and want guests to be aware that these conditions are beyond our control as the entire community rebuilds. No compensation or refunds will be issued due to construction-related impacts. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the potential for restoration related disruptions.
