Kom och besök vårt rymliga, nyrenoverade hem med två sovrum med hölje och 1 badrum. Vårt hem ligger på norra änden av ön bara några minuters gångavstånd till Times Square-området! Detta hem totalrenoverades i oktober 2017 vilket gjorde allt helt nytt i detta hem för din njutning! Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng med vackra, nya trämöbler. Det andra sovrummet innehåller 2 uppsättningar av nya våningssängar (2 enkelsängar och 2 fulla sängar) som rymmer 4 gäster mer än bekvämt. Hällen som också kan betraktas som ett 3: e sovrum, har en bäddsoffa i full storlek med alla bekvämligheter i de andra sovrummen inklusive en dörr för avskildhet. Vardagsrummet har en 60-tums plasma-tv, en blue ray-spelare, 2 stolar och ännu en soffa i full storlek för att ge din komfort. Alla andra rum innehåller 32 "plasma-tv-apparater och blue ray-spelare för din extra glädje! Du kommer att njuta av din egen tvättmaskin / torktumlare och tvättstuga gratis under hela din vistelse hos oss. Det finns också ett privat utomhusunderhållande område med plats för upp till 8+ vuxna tillsammans med en eldstad och en grill för din underhållning. En gasgrill, flottar, solstolar, kylare, vagnar tillhandahålls för din användning. Cyklar ingår inte, men det finns en cykeluthyrningsbutik i slutet av vägen för ditt övertygelse. Ett cykelställ med 10 fot är också tillgängligt för din användning.

Great property

We loved the whole vibe. It was a super close walk to the beach, we loved having a cooler to take with us. The place had everything we needed, the host was responsive with questions. Highly recommend. Laundry onsite was also a bonus, we could have packed way less. The kitty that was sleeping under the steps in the morning was a fun bonus.

Girls Trip

Great for a long weekend. Easy beach access, walkable to bars and restaurants. A bit removed (15 minute walk) from Margaritaville/main downtown area which made for a nice quiet retreat.

Great location

This is a great location, close walk to beach with available beach chairs and toys for kids.Downside is the walls are thin, can hear neighbor. Shower towels are worn, some with holes. Owners will not accommodate early check-ins, late check outs. If none of that stuff bothers you, then this is a great place to be!

Perfect getaway!

This property is perfect in many ways - cleanliness, proximity to the beach and places to eat, comfort, and quiet. It was an ideal location. We walked to the beach daily, walked to Margaritaville for a delicious dinner, and walked to Mom’s food truck for breakfast. The availability of beach chairs and other items was a perk we truly appreciated and used. We were hoping to get an early check in or late checkout due to flight times but were declined for both. The owner/ property manager who lives downstairs (this is an upstairs unit) scolded us for attempting to park at the unit early so we could walk to the beach. I have done this at other rentals without an issue, but I understand his concern about liability. A bit of understanding on his part would have made us feel less like we were being chastised and made for awkward situations as we were coming and going.

Amazing !!

This was an amazing little property ! Close to the beach, adorable little back yard, comfy beds, clean, very homey! The owners were very nice people ! Kitchen was stocked well with appliances ! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay, Amazing Hosts

We had such an amazing stay! The hosts were amazing, the property and house are well kept and came with everything we could have needed! The backyard was our favorite spot! Tikki bar, lounge area, fire pit, and grills! It’s a close bike ride to the beach (end of the road), to downtown (5mins) and to Publix for groceries! I have stayed many times in Fort Meyers, and this is by far my favorite location! Thank you again!

Perfect spot !

Perfect location ! Down the street from beautiful Ft. Myers Beach ! A short walk to Margaritaville and Times Square area ! Things are building back. Places to go, things to do ! Our condo was comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice backyard area. We didn’t spend much time there, we had other places to go ! We will go again!

Wonderful place to stay!

I highly recommend this place. It was very clean and we had plenty of room. The washer and dryer are easily accessible with supplies. We had full size appliances and we cooked dinner every night but one. We had plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses. Beach chairs and an umbrella plus two wagons are available to use. The beach is an easy walk. Overall we had a wonderful experience! Thank you to the owners!

Great location and great layout

We stayed for a girls weekend. The property was perfect for us and had plenty of beds and space. The backyard is wonderful and the location close to the beach was perfect for us. The house included beach chairs, a wagon and coolers which made it very easy for us to go to and from the beach. As the beach is still recovering, there were several things still not open. But there were a few places that we were able to go to. There are not grocery stores on the island open yet, but we knew that and ordered for pick up ahead of time. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it.

The cottage was wonderful it had everything we needed and more! I think that kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen back home :) The access to the beach was so convenient! Can’t wait to come back.

Owners live onsite so be on your extremely best behavior

The ceiling fans were full of dust and comforters needed to be washed. We could not enjoy the back because there were so many sand fleas. Also we were there through Mother’s Day weekend Sunday the family came over to spend the day at the beach which we were gone all day at the beach then they returned to have dinner with us and then leave but the owners who live downstairs emailed to complain if we didn’t fix the issue we would have to leave not exactly the way you want to spend Mother’s Day.

Hostile Host

We booked this to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday which the host was aware of. After lunch we came back to celebrate in the back yard which actually is a nice spot. Cornhole, Tiki Bar and fire pit. We had 4 friends come in the afternoon to enjoy the day but my wife was confronted by hostile host indicating that no one could be there if not a registered guest. My wife tried to explain they came for the afternoon however he abrasively grilled my wife about the amount of people we had there threatening to kick us out. I would say be aware!! Not a grandchild, your children, friends,etc can come. Owner is across street and micromanages the property. Keep in mind we are all older adults who clearly were treated like college kids. Not a place to stay if you want to enjoy life
