  • Fantastiska soluppgångar från balkongen väntar dig på detta fyra sovrum, två badrum, bara helt ombyggda hem beläget på norra änden av ön på Ostego Drive.

    Du kan njuta av intima middagar tillagade i ditt fullt utrustade kök, eller använda BBQ-grillen och laga en nyfångad måltid. Det finns vackra solnedgångar, vilket gör middagen på lanai eller balkongen till en underbar kvällsupplevelse.

    Vardagsrummet är smakfullt inredda. Det är den perfekta platsen för alla att titta på filmer på platt-TV, spela brädspel, läsa en bok eller för tyst eftertanke. Det stora sovrumets avslappnade inredning kommer att garantera en god natts vila på king size-sängen, men har också en smart ROKU-plattskärm, om du letar efter ett sena nattprogram. Det stora badrummet har en duschkabin med hans och hennes handfat.
    Ett gäst sovrum har två enkelsängar, en annan en drottning och den tredje våningssängar. De har alla smarta plattskärmar ROKU-TV. Gästbadrummet har badkar och dusch.
    Vardagsrummet soffan är en drottning bäddsoffa för för två. Du hittar en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek precis förbi köket. Koppla av på någon av balkongerna efter en dag på stranden. Du kan också gå norrut till Times Square eller resa söderut till Lover's Beach. Det finns butiker, restauranger, aktiviteter och 7 mil av vacker kust som väntar dig här i Fort Myers Beach; allt inom några minuter från denna fantastiska plats.

The house was very clean and the perfect size for 10 people. The location is great, walkable to the beach and restaurants. We had such a fun week staying here and would recommend this house to others! Pool and hot tub were kept very warm;)

We had a great family trip at this house. There was a total of 9 of us plus an infant, and it worked out perfectly. We did not do a lot of cooking, but when we did we had what we needed. It was great having a grill and the downstairs kitchen to go with it.The location could not have been better. We walked everywhere with ease. So many great food trucks within a 5 minute walk.The pool was nice and warm, everyone had a great time.

Paradise

The property was beautiful and exactly as listed. We had a minor hiccup with access but the property mgmt team was super responsive and quick. The beach is a very short walk as are many restaurants and bars. We cant wait to visit again.

Awesome Vacation

This house was everything we needed to have an awesome vacation,was very clean,the beach theme decoration was beautiful,the kids enjoyed the pool every day,every time,the house is in the right place near restaurants and 5 minutes (walk) away from the beach, we had a lot a fun and we did so many memories here. Thank you for making our vacation so special,we definitely come back again!

Fun With Friends

This is a wonderful house in an A+ Location. An easy walk to public beach access and many bars/restaurants. There is a lot of rebuilding going on in the area but there was still plenty available to make for a wonderful trip to Fort Myers Beach. We had a group of 8 adults celebrating a 40th birthday and had a blast. The lower level suite is a huge bonus not just for the extra guest space but perfect for enjoying time at the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this Fort Myers Beach home and would definitely recommend it! The location was fantastic and close to everything we needed, making it easy to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The house was very clean upon arrival and had plenty of room for our family of eight. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the separate downstairs bedroom provided extra privacy. The layout worked very well for our group and never felt crowded. One minor inconvenience was that the cooking stove was only located on the second floor, but it wasn't a big deal and did not affect our stay. The pool was a highlight and got plenty of use throughout our trip. We did notice the pool lights were not working, which would have been nice for evening swims. We also had trouble getting the spa heater started using the provided instructions. After messaging the host, they quickly adjusted it through their app and the spa heated up perfectly. We also had a small issue with the first-floor door code, but after reaching out, we were promptly given the correct code. One of our favorite features was the beach equipment provided. The chairs, umbrellas, toys, and beach wagon made our beach trips much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, this is a great home with plenty of space, excellent amenities, and responsive hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this property again!

Nice place to stay!

We had four adults and four teens. It was extremely clean and the bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area are all fantastic! Our only (small) issue was that the living room space is a little small for 8 people, with only one couch that seats three, but they did provide cushions to sit on which were nice. The outdoor spaces are wonderful, and we loved the pool! Lots of towels were provided, and we did some laundry as well. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing, house was a gem for us, great location!

Very nice property, cute relaxing beach theme throughout house. At the time we booked this location, it listed as 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which was fine for us. When down by pool area during our stay, could see in the window bottom had been renovated as well. That's probably where the 3rd bathroom is now. The location of this property is ideal - 5-7 minute walk to the beach, although it was hard to beat having a pool when the beach was busy. And really an easy walk to many bars and shops. We were very pleased and would love to return some day.

The location is perfect which is why I booked this place. It is very clean as well! The hot tub had issues staying full our entire trip. It would randomly get super low then randomly fill back up? Checking in was not good at all. The code we were given to the upstairs and downstairs unit was not working to the downstairs unit, we tried it on the upstairs unit door and it worked just fine. We tried multiple times but couldn’t access the downstairs unit. I called the number given to me if there were any issues, and since it’s a rental company I did not hear back until the next morning. We had family members who had to go stay at a hotel as there were not enough places to sleep (the basement has a bedroom and pull out couch) on our first night . When I messaged about the issues and how upset I was, I was told the owners would get back to me and they never did. It was really upsetting and put a damper on the first night of our trip. Other than the checking in and hot tub issue it is a really nice place and in a great location. We didn’t let those issues stop our fun- just wish they would have gotten back to me sooner or comped us for a room.

Relax and unwind

We had a great time. Very clean property. Coastal was very responsive when I called with questions. The only thing I'd complain about is the hot tub did not work but other than that a great experience. Beach was a quick walk from the house. Perfect location!
