Rymligt 4 sovrum, 2 badrum hemma på Thunderbird Lake, Cape Coral, Florida. Sover 8 personer bekvämt.

Vårt hem har en vacker infinity pool som kaskader in i en saltvatten sjö. Din hyra kommer att innefatta användning av en 20 fot orkanen båt med 115HP utombordsmotor för fantastiska äventyr i sjön, kanaler, flod och Mexikanska golfen. Leta efter de lekfulla delfinerna jagar din vakna, blyg manatees och unika Florida fågelarter som du njuter av de många kanalerna och vattendrag. Den erforderliga båtavgiften anges som en extra under fastighetsavgifter. Full båtorientering kommer att ges. Båtuthyrning i området är ca $ 1200, vilket gör användningen av båten ett stort värde!

Kap Escape innehåller en stor 47 tums LCD-TV med kabel och en DVD-spelare. Det finns 4 TV-apparater i hela hemmet. Trådlöst bredband är också tillgängligt. Köket är utrustat med vanliga köksmaskiner, diskmaskin mikrovågsugn, kaffekanna och Keurig. Njut av en morgonkaffe medan du tittar på soluppgången över Thunderbird Lake. Takfläktar och central luftkonditionering i hela erbjuder en bekväm utsättning från solen. Befälhavaren svit har ett stort badrum med bubbelbadkar, separat dusch, dubbla handfat och walk in closet. Skjutdörrar till Lanai ger en vacker utsikt över poolen och sjön och erbjuder enkel tillgång till poolen för en morgon simma. Barnstol, sängkläder och bad / handdukar ingår.

Used patio table the most with 7 of us, cards and coffee in morning. Be nice if tv and hot tub out there, still had great time. Also played pool a lot, just so you know, pool table not level had ledge about 1/3 of way by pool. One time ball came off table and hit window; luckily didn’t break. Just making you aware. Everyone had great time.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The house was perfect for what we needed and wanted. We loved the view of the lake and having access to the boat. The location was great with easy access to restaurants, stores, anything we needed or wanted. If we could give 10 stars we could. Fantastic house in a fantastic location

The house is perfect plenty of space we didn’t even use 1 of the rooms. Outside space is just perfect size to keep everyone together and what an outlook over the lake. Just beautiful!!Captain Brian helped us out with the boat when we got there. What an absolute Gent nothing was to much trouble and he got us up to scratch on the boat and we was out exploring in no time. The boat is a real bonus for this house it was fantastic having it at our disposal whenever we wanted Will return next time we come to Cape Coral

Fabulous Family Trip

Spent a week at this wonderful property with 5 other family members this past May. There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling like we were stepping all over each other. The house was clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool and cruising around the canals on the included boat. There are not a lot of properties that include a boat so that was our favorite amenity. Communication with the host, local property management team and the boat captain (provided instructional boating class) was timely and efficient. We also really enjoyed the family of burrowing owls in the neighbors front yard. The community was quiet and there lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island were just a short drive away and absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic house on the water

The house was lovely, exactly as it looked on VRBO. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean with everything you could want for a lovely holiday. The outside lanai and furniture was comfy and the views from the infinity pool could not be beaten. We had a lesson from the captain the morning after we arrived which really helped us make good use of the boat…. We had a great time on the boat and saw Dolphins every time we went out. We definitely hope to return to this lovely home some time soon

Excellent property. Clean, lots to do, very professional host.

As a family of four, both adults and children had plenty to do at the house. House was very clean upon arrival. House is as advertised. The host was very helpful and responsive. We are seasoned boaters but the session with the captain was well worth it, to learn the local knowledge. Neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely go back.

Perfect Getaway!

Property was excellent for 2 adults and 6 teen girls! Pool and patio were beautiful. Beautiful view. Boat was great and so much fun to go watch dolphins or just take a canal/lake cruise. Close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Great game room area for all!

Everything you need for a family vacation

When entering this home, we immediately felt at home. Communication with the host was great, and Jim was quick to reply. Our adult children joined us for the week and they were never bored, from Wii (brought all the nostalgia feels for my family as they grew up with it), ping pong, pool table, arcade, outdoor space with the pool and dock area. Captain Brian was great in teaching us how to use the boat and accessing the channels. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the amenities it had to offer and hope to visit again! It was a great vacation for our family, thank you.

Beautiful house

Our stay was wonderful!! Jim was great!! One of the nicest houses we have stayed at in Florida. Spent most of our time in the pool. Lots to do at the house. I would definitely stay there again!! Definitely a 10!!

Great Week!

We had an amazing stay at this home over Memorial Day Weekend. The home was just as advertised and was more than enough room for the 6 of us. Check in/out was seamless and communication with the owner was quick and easy. The pool was perfect with plenty of outdoor space. We also had a few great days on the boat which was a huge bonus. my birthday party

time with my family is the thing I cherish the most. my daughter chose a place that was warm, had a boat and had a pool. we ate outside, swam from morning til night. we did two long days on the boat and saw dolphins and manatees as well as many birds. the kitchen is large and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. the owner was responsive and helpful

Tranquil and beautiful location

Just an overall wonderful home! Loved watching the fish jump in the evening and was able to enjoy the pool everyday. The house is quite spacious! Very nice layout and lots of windows overlooking the pool and water, which was so relaxing. The neighborhood is also very quiet, which was ideal for us. Would definitely love to stay again some time!
