The place was very clean! comfortable. Loved the little screened in patio-we sat out there almost the whole time when were there.... so close to the Country Club-we don't golf but if we did that would've been amazing! Pool area is very nice and the all the neighbors were super friendly! 10/10 -will definitely stay there again. :)

Overall stay was good. The condo is as pictured with the exception of the pool picture. It might lead you to believe that the unit is by the pool, however it is not. A couple of items that could use some attention . . . . there was no hairdryer, no dishwasher soap for the dishwasher, no extra garbage bags, wine opener/cork screw was broken, kitchen was stocked decently with the exception of pots/pans. There is no grill so cooking must be done in the kitchen. We had to be creative with the limited amount of cookware. The building itself was quiet. We enjoyed the small screen porch. Check in/out was easy. Communication with the owner was good. Overall, it met our needs.

We were 12 at Bali Hai Condo, check in process was fast, apartment clean and spacious ground unit,doors knobs keys was kind of confusing at the beginning due to double doors,AC smooth and cold, kitchen equipped with plenty of cookware Nice and comfortable place overall, little far away from beaches but located in a commercial area close to many stores and Edison Mall.Host was very kind and allowed us to use to guests parking spots

Smell of mold was overwhelming /no hot tub like advertised/host was very argumentative and deceptive

We rented this unit because it said it had a hot tub, which is what we were seeking after a long marathon. Come to find out.There is no hot tub, so we contacted the host. She said a hot tub was never listed and that it's florida that we didn't need one...... wow i was amazed that she could tell us what we needed. I told her it was Most definitely was listed, and she argued with me that it was not. It's a good thing I screen shot the listing, because when I went back to check it, she had deleted it. So I asked her if she was the one that had updated it, and she stopped responding to me. ( it was obvious that she did) She was being very deceptive and not helpful at all.. The unit also has a strong odor of musty or mold, when I told her that she got very defensive and tried to claim that I was breaking policies. I asked her which policies I was breaking and she said that I had an extra guest there who was my niece, that was just visiting for the day. Which also gave us a feeling that somebody was watching us because how else would she know that. The neighbor told me the last two guests that were there complained of the weird smell and she came down and tried to make them leave, which is also what she tried to do to us but she asked me to leave property one of the worst stays I've ever had.

We didn't end up staying at the property, it didn't feel safe when we arrived! People were partying all over the place and the 4 locks and metal grated door was at least nerve-wracking with little kids. I contacted the owner to let her know we didn't stay and crickets!

Well worth the price

When we very first arrived there was a couple staying on vacation having an aggressive argument and screaming very loud. One dog that barked a couple times. But overall it was very quite. The people were respectful and Kate provided us with everything we need including soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, cooking supplies and spices etc. Didn’t see a single bug it was very nice and clean.

Great Stay!

The unit was super clean and even bigger than I was expecting. The pool was nice, and everything was where the owner said it would be. I had a difficult time finding the unit originally, however it was the middle of the night and very dark when I arrived from the airport. I would stay here again for sure.

Very clean inside. Adequate amenities. Area was disappointing - a bit “rough.” OK for us guys fishing. Probably not good for family. No working smoke detectors. I bought one at Walmart for temp use during our stay.

Fort Myers vacay

Property was very nice and clean. Very comfy livingroom with 2 sofas. Beds comfy. Had everything we needed and host supplied us with a blender as requested. Pool and pool area was nice but was NOT HEATED and was very cold...listing said heated pool. No communication with host during our stay and could not ask questions on VRBO site once our stay started. But we enjoyed our time in fort myers and surrounding areas.
