Ny Rehab 4 sovrum, 3 badrum Comfy Coastal Decor Hem med fantastisk utsikt. Vårt hem är unikt, två våningar med massor av trä, shiplap och ladugårdar. Den uppvärmda saltsystemet poolen är utan skärm, med en fantastisk fri utsikt över himlen och sjön från poolen. Medan poolen inte är under skärmen bestämde vi oss för att skärma på den bakre uteplatsen. På så sätt kan vi få vår nya 12 'slider öppen tillsammans med våra fönster när temperaturen svalnar och inte har några problem. Vårt hem har all mysighet i ett kusthem i Maine kombinerat med alla synpunkter, sol och värme i Cape Coral Florida! Vi har designat och renoverat två sovrummen både på andra våningen. Alla med en king size-säng och nya badrum. Ett loftrum ligger också på andra våningen med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. På första våningen finns två privata extra sovrum med gemensamt bad mellan dem. Den första har en queen size-säng och en fransk dörr ut till poolen, den andra har två fulla våningssängar. Öppet koncept köksstolar 3 vid disken och 8 vid matbordet. Stu har gått "galen" och har köpt en 80 "tv för det stora rummet. Jag älskar att blanda det gamla med det nya och hoppas du gillar vårt Lake House. Vi älskar att andas nytt liv till egenskaper och det här kommer inte att göra dig besviken! Våra barnbarn har dragit en del stora fiskar ur denna sötvatten sjö (largemouth bas och tilapia). Det har lagts upp av staden Cape Coral sedan 1960-talet. Två cyklar och två kajaker kommer att vara i de två bilgaraget redo för din användning. Om du gillar den här egenskapen har vi två andra liknande men alla unika i Cape Coral-området. Vår familj växer, vi kunde inte längre passa in i ett fritidshus! Våra recensioner säger det hela! What a house, so glad that we finally chose this one!

The villa is just as fine as the pictures. We were two families with children (4 adults, 1 teenager and 4 kids) from Sweden who rented the house for 10 days. Stu kindly answered our questions promptly and solved every issue we had. We spent many hours in and by the lovely pool, both children and adults loved it! Before the trip we were a little worried that the pool was not under screen, but during our stay we were just glad it was not. The kids found it exciting with big fishes and lots of turtles in the lake outside the house. We all wish we could have stayed a little longer. Hopefully we can come back some day... Lovely "beach-feeling" house, high standard and everything you med för a great vaccation.

A Lovely house with plenty of room. There is everything you need för a great vaccination, from towels, great beads to pool, fishingpoles and kayaks. We har a great week and the kids enjoyed every day. The owner were easy to communate with and the whole experience went very smootly.

What a comfortable and well appointed home!

In numerous decades of renting vacation homes, this home stands out as one of the best. Not only was it beautifully decorated it was the thoughtful appointments such as beach towels, high end cookware and a well stocked spice cabinet that put it over the top! Our group was mostly retired but I can certainly recommend this home to families with children. Well done Stu & Cathy!

Yearly Florida Trip . . .

Cape Lake House was the nicest, cleanest, and most well-stocked home we've stayed in over the years. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were 7 of us and the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout was perfect for us. We have NO negative comments whatsoever. Stu and Cathy were quick to reply if we had questions. We will definitely be staying at Cape Lake House again or maybe we'll check out one of their other locations. I wish we were still there! :)

Private and quiet getaway

Well appointed for all your vacation needs. Plenty of privacy with the mature landscaping and the lake/neighborhood was very quiet.The house was very clean with really comfortable beds, plenty of pool towels, throw blankets and pillows.Garage was well stocked with everything you need for the pool or beach along with game tables.Stu and Cathy were very easy to contact for questions100% recommended

Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful with three small exceptions. The neighbors next door were smoking weed which blew our way. We opted to go inside.The other issue we had were with the lights/fans. We had a couple of rainy days so we read books and played games. However, the kitchen light didn't work unless the fan was on. When it was chilly out having the fan on made us freezing cold. We had to move the kitchen table in order to play a board game. There was only one lamp that worked in the living room. One ceiling fan light worked in the living room and the other didn't. No light in the other seating area near the patio doors. One lamp in the upstairs bedroom did not work. It was hard for all of us to read.Also, there were no fans in two of the bathrooms. The bathroom on the first floor had an especially slippery floor after showering so I would use caution when showering.

Wonderful Home

This is a great home in a quiet neighborhood. It has absolutely everything you could need… and want! We enjoyed the bikes, pool, hot tub and fishing poles. It was comfortable for a week of remote work followed by a weekend with our teenagers. We look forward to returning soon!

Family get away:

The property was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 8 kids age 4-13. We had just enough sleeping accommodations. The pool and hot tub were constantly used and worked perfectly. The dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were constantly used and worked perfectly.The location of the property worked very well. We were able to visit the Ft. Meyers beach area a couple times and then spent the others days hanging out at our own pool. The adults loved the triple patio doors. It was our gathering place for coffee in the morning but also allowed us to keep and easy eye on the kids when they were in the pool.We would highly recommend this location for any family get together.

Christmas Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse! It was just what we all needed! The kids had more than enough to do and loved fishing! Swimming of course was a favorite too! We will definitely be back!!!

Gorgeous waterfront home!

The house is beautifully decorated, perfectly cleaned, and provides an amazing view! We loved the paddelboard and kayaks! The pool area was where we stayed most of the day, and when we got hot, we stayed in the lovely screened in porch. Everyone slept well in the comfortable rooms which is key for a relaxing vacation.I can't say enough about this house!! I'm so grateful we had the chance to stay there!!

First time to Cape Coral

Our family stayed at the Cape Lake House & we had a great time. The house is exactly as advertised, the owners are very quick to respond with any questions & the location is close or within a reasonable driving distance to just about everything there is to offer in Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area. Very clean, well stocked & a great layout for a family of 10. We had two littles under the age of 2 & teens (17 & 18). Everyone had their own space. The Lanai & pool were awesome. Swimming in the rain was a hi lite of our trip. We enjoyed the kayaks & paddle boarding along with fishing in the lake. The local farmers market was wonderful if you like to cook & eat in. The house is very well stocked for this. Our favs for dining out were Lobster Lady, Pinchers, & the FishTail. Other activities we enjoyed were golf, deep sea fishing, putt putt golf & go carts, & our son in law drove to go on a shark dive. Great comfortable stay with lots of fun had by all.

Perfect place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our family! We had 8 adults and two kids and plenty of room. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of towels, even beach towels. Our crew loved the Wii. The pool was perfect, we spent a lot of time there! Stu was very easy to work with and responded quickly! Overall, I would recommend this place your family!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben in Cape Coral (2 Familien -> 4 Erwachsene/4Kinder) einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt und bedanken und bei Stu & Cathy, dass wir in dem Haus wohnen durften. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen - tolle Einrichtung, sehr gut ausgestattet und schönes Flair. Vor allem der Pool und die Möglichkeit zum Angeln direkt am Steg wurde von unseren Kindern geliebt. Wir würden das Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Very clean

The house was very clean, the layout worked well for our 2 families that stayed together. We loved the pool and water with fishing and canoeing/paddle boarding equipment. The pool needed some minor repairs during our stay, the repair men and owner were professional, communicative, and worked quickly. The appliances could use updating, but the kitchen was fully stocked and worked well enough. The owner communicated very well, maybe a little too much. But that’s better than not enough. My family would stay here again.
