Our beach home has spectacular ocean views from the great room, master bedroom and wrap around balcony. Wake to gentle ocean waves lapping after your restful night sleep in your king-size bedroom suite, sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony with direct ocean views.

You'll enjoy the home's three bedrooms, accommodating 4-6 adults, and its two full baths, with a large tub and separate shower in the master bathroom. Main living space, kitchen, flooring and spare bath completely upgraded in 2021/2022; master bedroom and bath in late 2022. Plenty of closet space and storage. Guest bedroom has a king bed with direct access to the second bathroom. Second guest bedroom could be used as an office and has a bunk bed for two. Dining table plus breakfast bar. Living room has large floor to ceiling windows allowing for plenty of natural sunlight. The master bedroom has a 37" flat screen TV. The living room has a 40" flat screen TV.

The building is located directly on the ocean, the first condominium north of Fort Pierce Inlet, with a beautiful pool/jacuzzi and gazebo overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Ocean.

Fully equipped exercise/workout room with his/her locker rooms and saunas. Two hard court tennis courts and a billiard/card room for your social activities.

A supermarket and drugstore are located a few minutes drive over the North Causeway bridge. The Fort Pierce city marina and historic downtown area, where eclectic restaurants and community events are held (scheduled nearly every week) is also nearby.

Vero Beach, located a short drive away, has a variety of shopping, from the big box retailers like Best Buy and Costco as well as a large outlet mall with numerous national retail shops represented. A large 24 screen movie theater and plenty of restaurants are also located in VB.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love all of the natural beauty of the area, from the ocean to the mangrove islands of Indian River. There are miles of bicycle trails and plenty of open water for boating, swimming, water skiing and surfing. Sebastian and Fort Pierce inlets are nearby with excellent fishing from shore. Surf fishing is excellent all along the un-crowded coast. Deep sea fishing is available from Fort Pierce.

There are numerous public or semi public golf courses in the vicinity.

Due to condo rules the unit can only be rented every three months.
