The approach to the house you will find Turtles Nest unique Mailbox with Mama Turtle.
Front Driveway is large enough to take 3 small cars or 2 large cars. Ground level access with no steps leads the pathway of the Front Porch where 2 Turquoise Adirondack Chairs and a table await you to place your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Moving on the path you will find the Entrance Door with Smart Lock to the property. A ramp to make easy access for strollers and wheelchairs into Turtles Nest!

Living Space.
Walking through the front door you will walk into our open plan living area where everyone can be together weather your cooking, eating, gaming or watching a movie or sports on the 75 inch surround sound TV!
The living space has a very coastal, light and airy feel that makes you totally relaxed and stress free. If required, the 3 seater sofa converts into a sleeper.
Behind the sofa is a very unique sofa table designed from an old antique Bicycle with two stools designed from bicycle stem and peddles as foot rests!
Another 2 Accent Chairs with a 'POP' of color blends the room.
Moving to the rear of the property within the same living space you will see the open plan Kitchen. Equipt with Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher and Side by Side Refridgerator/Freezer all in Stainless Steal. Smaller appliances which include Ninja Blender, Instant Pot, Toaster and Kettle.
Luxury Counter Coffee Bar includes a Keurig and Nespresso VertuoPlus Coffee Machines with Milk Frother for those Frothy Coffees!! Choice of syrups, Crystal Rock Brown Sugar Stirrer Stick and a selection of Pods included for the first few days.
Large Island for prepping food using luxury knives and all the utensils you could need!

The moment you step into this Master Bedroom you wont want to leave. The Romantic style Furniture including King size Master Bed with Upholstered Bench at the end of the bed. With high quality Mattress and Sheets, Two Nightstands with USB ports and lamps, Dresser with plenty of space for clothes.
Walk in closet through Sliding Barn Door with hangers for additional clothes and shoe rack.
En Suite Private Bathroom, again through Sliding Barn Door enhances an over sized walk in Shower with matching over sized Brushed Chrome Shower Head and Glass Sliding Doors. Double Sinks also with Brushed Chrome Faucets, large mirror and of course a Toilet.

Hallway leads to Bedroom 2 and 3. Second Bathroom and fully stocked closet with plenty of Bath Towels, Face Cloths, Hand Towels and Beach Towels.
You will also find a Desk and Chair for working at home. If two Monitors are required for easier work flow, you can locate these stored in the garage or advise prior to visit and we will set them up ready for use.

Second Bathroom - Ocean Themed
Bath with Shower to one end of the room, Toilet and Sink with Mirror.
Toilet Rolls, Shower gel, Shampoo & Conditioner included. Step stool to sink can be found under the sink along with bath toys for small children.

This bathroom has the convenience of two lockable doors. One leading from the Hallway and the other leading into the Second Bedroom making this a second En-Suite if required.

The Beach House Room
The second Bedroom has a beach house theme with Ocean themed Bedding.
Smart TV mounted on the wall, two Nightstands with Lamps and ceiling fan above the bed. Built in Closet with hangers.
Black out curtains hung for a great nights sleep.
Access to Second Bathroom making this an En-Suite if desired.

The Mermaid Room
Third Bedroom themed with Mermaids and Ocean themed Bedding.

Large built in Closet with double bi-fold doors equipt with Mermaid Door Handles!.
High Chair, Travel Cot, Babies bedding, monitors baby bath can be located here. Also additional bedding for the sofa bed will be found in this closet.

The Laundry Room is well equipt with Laundry Detergent, Fabric Softener and Stain Remover for those unplanned stains!
Champagne colored matching Washer and Dryer for those mid week washes.

Games Room
The Garage is equipt with a Pool Table and Dart Board.
You will also find a Double Kayak with life vests for your personal use. Use of Kayak is solely at your own risk.

Fenced Back Yard
Through the sliding glass doors located at the back of the living area you will find a Large Patio with a 6 Seater Dining Table and Chairs with Umbrella to shade you from the Florida Sun.
A further 5 Adirondack Chairs are available if required.

Guest access is to the entire home and yard is included.
