“We enjoyed our stay in this cute guest house. It was thoughtfully laid out and supplied. The owners were kind and considerate. We used the hotplate to make breakfast each morning and ate out by the pool. The beach and downtown were within short driving distances. We visited Pepper Park Beach which was quiet and not too busy. We would definitely stay again. ”

“Our stay at Davids place was perfect! David was a great host and excellent communicator. Location was an easy drive to the waterfront in Port St Lucie and Fort Pierce. Many close grocery stores. Pool and hot tub was a bonus!! Would definately stay again.”

“Everything was just as described. Having a private beach in Florida is a rare find and this property is just as rare. Clean, quiet, and secluded. Private parking and a very peaceful sleep each night. Stayed here while our family home is being rebuilt just up the beach. I hope to return again soon. The owners are like family.”

“We were in town for the holidays visiting near by family. The proximity to shops and beach is a drive as expected with booking. Easy to navigate and find the home. The house is clean and well equipped for a stay with family. We had a blast and have a great option to return to when visiting Vero. The guest experience and communication was seamless. ”

“The staff here truly goes above and beyond—they made the stay special! The food and drinks were delicious, and the overall amenities were amazing.
One important note for future guests: The photos show a beach, but please be aware there isn't a traditional ocean beach on-site. It is actually a bay where you cannot swim. If you're looking for a swim-ready beach, you won't find it here, but the pool and service almost make up for it!. And YES it is all inclusive resort. Thank You VOCO Sandpiper ”
